I don't know or care about whatever is going on with the CEO of this game. All I know is, this game goes out of its way to be unplayable. I saw this game had a discount and bought it earlier today before before writing this. So far I haven't been able to play a single minute of it. [b]First, the game crashes just from playing the first cutscene.[/b] - I uninstalled the game and tried again. didn't work - I lowered the graphic settings. No dice. - I searched the steam discussions and found a lot of players experiencing the same thing. And saying it only gets worse. (Some players are very helpful but a majority of them are useless fan-bois who'll defend the game and nothing else.) [b] Tech Support for this game is a joke[/b] - I went to Focus' SM2's website and can't contact the tech support team. (You'll keep getting redirected to INSURGENCY: SANDSTORM instead) FFS [b]The game advertises to "work great" with Xbox or Playstation controllers[/b] [h3]NO[/h3] [h2]IT[/h2] [h1]DOESN'T[/h1] - I've tried different wired connections - I've turned ON Steam Input - I've turned OFF Steam Input - I didn't even bother trying my Steam Controller For Steam to log my 2.1 hours of trying to get this pos to work as "Play Time", should be illegal. F*CK the emperor

can't skip intro videos without goin out of your way. they also don't play "while loading", after using a mod that will skip the videos the game strated faster HOWEVER using mods will lock you out of public online play... really bad design choice

The best part of this game is definitely the story, but with the campaign being only about 8 hours long, there needs to be more to the game afterwards to keep players around. For me, I do not like the endgame loop. No loot, or skill complexity, shallow progression, and a very repetitive grind. As someone who primarily plays looters and RPGs, this game does not appeal to me for anything more than the story, so that's all I recommend.
