Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader

Excelente juego para los que les guste el CRPG. La narrativa es excelente, y la cantidad de personalizaciones y equipamiento que le puedes poner a tus personajes es muuuuy amplia. Las lineas de historia en base a tus desiciones te da un catalogo amplio de posibilidades y caminos a seguir para que cada vez que repitas el juego la experiencia sea diferente. Me gusta mucho la veriedad de personajes que tiene ahora con el DLC y builds que se les peude poner.

Highly recommend if you are looking for the best 40k narrative driven game with an addicting tactics combat. Even if the warhammers lore and universe seems daunting I'd say this is a really good place to start if you are looking to get an understanding of how the world works and how the attitude from its different factions are. The characters are super interesting and intriguing to learn about. This game has a lot of the tenets that some of the all classics have both in narrative and storytelling. This game really makes you FEEL like a rogue trader...... I think rogue trader will remembered about and put on peoples 3x3s in 20 years.

I never play cRPGs, but this one stole my heart. This game explains the world and lore PERFECTLY, w40k was always daunting but it's incredibly easy to find your way in this game.

Casual Warhammer (40k) fan here. Solid game - fun take on how trading works so you're not trying to hoard and count money/gold/currency - it's streamlined and I like it AND it makes you feel like your personality choices and responses to NPCs matter. The whole choices-matter element also makes this game quite replayable, and the class and ability combos are so vast that you can replay the entire game and not get bored with your build. Abilities are fun, even if you're not min-maxing, and it's not as unforgiving as some other Warhammer titles when it comes to battlefield strategy (and range... and line of sight... and cover...) Visuals can be a bit busy but the movement speed and pace of the game makes up for it. If you've played Chaos Gate and HATED that you couldn't see the extent/cost of unit movement and how Fog of War works, then you'll love this game because it FIXES that. I will gripe about the customization options that exist for aesthetic, though. I am spoiled by BG3 and the mods for it and I wish there were options in this game aside from Grand Space Admiral Silly Hat and It's Warhammer So Things Are Bleak. Is it so wrong to want to be a Rogue Trader in a little penguin onesie, holding a mai thai? That said, there's a wonderful amount of customization you can do for your characters, and re-speccing is available which is a godsend, especially if you've never played the table-top before. There are still some rough edges, and it is still a Warhammer game so the dialogue and RP elements are ... ... ... straightforward. Some might say there's a lack of depth, even with the romance options and any surprise choices that may happen. If you want prolific prose and flowery romance, ♥♥♥♥ you go play a dating sim (Potionomics, anyone? (which is also a not-very-deep written game but I love it)) we're here to kill heretics. That said, this is a great game and isn't so warhammer-y that it's inaccessible for people who are new to the franchise. If you're looking for a game similar to Norse: Oath of Blood, BG3,. Wasteland 3, or any other small squad x turn based game, I'd recommend giving this one a go.
