Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 10 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Gods this genre is confusing - combat is turn based tactics where you need to watch your units when it’s their turn to go, if you’re a bit too late to clock them, enemy might make their move first. Another part of game is visual novel with few choice options that would branch plot a bit and give access to different missions. Well, looks are not important in love, so we don’t have best graphics here, especially in level design, backgrounds and ui, but character sprites are nice and cute both on battlefield and in dialogs. Audio is a bit catchy, not really that outstanding, but after playing for a while some melodies might get stuck in your head, in-game sounds are average, they are mostly serviceable except for occasional tank screams which do seem to be of higher quality and effort. Plot is pretty convoluted and probably need other “war of the human tanks” games knowledge to judge objectively, but don’t worry, it’s not kojima or from soft level. Gameplay already mentioned is in two parts - visual novel that contains dialogs with very few choices that move the story and branch into alternative missions and turn based combat. Besides battles themselves there is a bit of management aspect - you can develop and then make some equipment for your tanks that increases their stats, including area of damage, speed which lets them take several turns and so on. And you could also develop new tanks, who also get increased stats and slots for equipment. Before missions, you pick which tanks take part in it, put additional equipment on them and could check mission map. When fight starts, timer for turns of every unit, both your and adversary starts, who got higher speed get their turn first. There are several actions available - move, recon, attack and standby. You can do other stuff after movement, so it’s possible to move and then recon to reveal location or attack, attack does not necessarily need to be on revealed area. Those who are put on wait - get their turn much later. Most of the time you’d be struggling where to allocate your resources - what to research, what to build, but besides plot missions, you could do fights that you have already done again indefinitely for resources to farm as much as you want. And there are some pretty game breaking stuff you could develop and make which costs literal mullions to make like whole map revealing gear, infinite range and so on. Besides material cost, you need to do mission for development to progress, so you pay and queue something, go fight and come back to see it ready to be built. Thankfully process of making stuff is instant. So all in all - War of the Human tanks is pretty niche but quite entertaining game with simple mechanics that require total mastery for some insanely hard missions and enjoyable story campaign with very cute characters.
WOOOOOO YEAH
Very fun game!! Gameplay is unique and sufficiently challenging, story is intriguing and characters are entertaining and charming. Amount of gameplay content is great as well, a very satisfying experience throughout. The level of polish especially is off the charts, Fruitbat Factory truly went all out for their first localization and the game shines even brighter for it.
been looking for JRPG games of this style for quite a while now... This is nice.
Found this game through an anime profile picture that my friend had no idea who the character was from. Was pleasantly surprised when I played this gem of a game, it's like a mix between battleship and chess. I've 100% the game and it was very much worth every second I put into it.
