Translation could be better, but this nice visual novel lets you choose between sex or mystery. Although this plays like any other visual novel, it's nice to see a distinct UI that doesn't take shortcuts and employ the popular engine for producing visual novels. Even better, it incorporates all of the quality-of-life features, such as text speed, the ability to skip it instantaneously, and the ability to save at any time in several slots. Whether you've played the first title or not, you'll get a nice overview of earlier events and an introduction to the main characters. Long story short, the plot revolves around a man who has the ability to see dead people with his left eye. This provides him a significant advantage in his work as a detective. His female assistant possesses the same abilities. She can also hear ghosts, although this ability only works when she is intimate. The story is surprisingly long and offers decisions at certain points that lead to extra scenes and different endings. This is an adult game, so expect sex and nudity. The most important decision is the first one because it will lead to two main paths. The first path focuses on story. Sex scenes fit well into the story, so I can't say they're thrown at you without notice. They're actually pretty rare because the game is more about presenting a nice mystery. On the other hand, the other path throws you from one sexual encounter into another. It first more into the adult visual novel because the story doesn’t sound that interesting. Regardless of which path you choose, the script could be better. English is clearly not the primary language because there are several errors. You can follow the story, but some sentences sound strange. Art is a mixed bag. While the characters are nice, the backgrounds look like real images with a hazy filter applied to them. All unlocked images can be viewed at any time from the gallery in the main menu.

[h1]보1지 보여줌 꼭1지 보여줌 그림은 잘 그렸는데 시스템이 다 베린 게임[/h1] 참고로 巧娃工坊(제작사) 게임 둘 다 똑같은 증상을 겪어서 똑같은 리뷰를 씀. 이벤트용 CG는 잘 그렸음. 하지만 스탠딩 CG는 한장을 주구장창 쓴다. 표정이랑 자세는 똑같은데 옷만 바꾼다는것도 있고 이 스탠딩 CG가 나올때 완전히 동일한 얼굴그림이 하단 대화창에 나오는것 등 스탠딩CG에 대해서는 너무 성의없이 만들었음. 다시말하지만 이벤트용 CG는 잘 그렸다. 스팀에서는 보기 어려운 특유의 그림체로 약간 단순하면서도 포인트는 잘 짚은 그림들이 나옴. 잘 그렸음. 제일 문제는 게임의 시스템에 있음. 스킵하든말든 게임이 한번씩 멈춤. 대사창 나오다가 갑자기 먹통이 되고, 어떤키도 작동안해서 결국 강제종료하게 만든다. 참고로 이건 이 게임만 그런게 아니라 이 제작사에서 만든 다른 게임도 동일함. 성우없고 도전과제는 있음. 가격또한 적절함. (2개 6천원) 결론은 그림은 잘 그렸는데 시스템이 망친거. [h1]나부터도 즐기다가 강제종료했으니 다른사람들에게도 추천못함. 사지마라.[/h1]

Surprisingly, I didn't think this series could get any better. At first, it took me awhile to get used to the character art style change with the ways the facial pigmentation differ from the rest of the skin colour for some of the characters. This time, the characters are way less realistic but more stylized, with the way the eyes popped out more and them having unique hair colours from each other to the individual. I don't really have a preference for which artstyle I like more; there are parts of these styles I like more than others, but honestly, I'm just happy we can still recognise the same old character from the previous game. Moreover, I'm happy we didn't forget any of the main old ones, keeping them around in this game with a different prevalent role, which seems like it will continue to do so in the next game. Vision Ghost 2 is a game where, depending on the first 2 choices you made, you can be on the path of mostly smut, the other path being a combination of that and a detective mystery where you are trying to find an important lost item left behind by a recent deceased person. The story does get a lot more exciting than mentioned as the drama escalates a lot more in this one. Characters get killed, guns get pointed at someone, and surprising twists get revealed that are believable. It's all incredibly well written; even if there are still some translation errors, it is certainly less so than the first game, making it easy for you to follow the plot as you go along. The story feels like it has a better pace and is less repetitive when you're making a different choice, which was an issue I had with the first game, where I felt like I was re-reading the same dialogue when I made a different choice, but I couldn't skip it unless I wanted to miss some important information, so I ended up skimming through them. The main downside with this game is some of the save fields don't open, forcing me to select a different one and skip my way to the point of the story I was on. It came to the point I had to start from the beginning because multiple save fields weren't opening properly, which was really tedious, to say the least. Likely, I was almost done with the game by that point. Still doesn't take away the annoyance I had with that situation. Hopefully, none of those issues occur again with the new engine dev mentioned for the next game. Otherthan, this game was in most ways an improvement and advancement over Vision Ghost. There's so much to appreciate here. This is loaded with a spoilt amount of beautifully crafted works of art of different shots, poses, kinkiness and colours composition. The increase in tension is top-notch; it really kept me on my toes, anticipating any danger the characters I came to like could encounter. If you love Vision Ghost, you would certainly love this game with higher stakes and more erotica moments.
