Could have been good but the devs gave up
I can never find anyone to play with. I do, however, think it's awesome. The only thing I'd suggest is to allow the touch pad to also control strafing. I find myself turning my head to look and naturally moving my thumb to the side of the pad to keep my body moving in the same physical direction. If there is a way to enable this, can someone tell me? Also, visuals are blurry on the the gun logos/branding, and when looking down the sights. I've read on how to adjust my vive and such, but I thought perhaps there's also a way to increase aliasing within the game? Overall 7/10 experience. I'd rate higher if I could experience multiplayer; and even higher if the strafing was including into the touch pad controls. The over visual fidelty isn't terrible, any counter-strike fans would find no flaws in how this looks. It does a great job of creating presence, but some of the sound effects are a little too loud or too quiet. One thing that I found slightly aggravating, but wouldn't necessarily say is game-effecting.. is that I, personally, find it difficult to put weapons or items back on my person when trying to switch out. I do recommend for anyone looking to say they have "CoD" in vr.

This game may have some serious potential. It's in an early stage but in the near future I can see that it stands out. It got nicer looking graphics and better physics than Onward for example!
This is an incredible game when people are playing it. Network on Vive or Oculus forums or reddit and get people together to play, because when people are playing, this game is a blast. $25 might be a bit steep, so if you can find it on sale or a free weekend, give it a go! Pros - Optimization (I have an older i7, Gtx 970, and 12gb of ddr3 ram and I can run this game flawlessly.) Onward..not so much. - UIUX is great. Cons - Playerbase at any given time is small (We can fix this!) - Price - Lack of content - (However, updates are pretty regular, and recently have included a sniper rifle and new pistols) Here is a quick playthrough with some friends https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ICnhC2iJ0c&t=4s
While this game still has a ways to go, but the potential is downright unmatched. As it stands, VWF is still rather lacking in content and missing a useful features, and the player base is tiny. However, the developers are extremely active and enthusiastic, with new test builds coming out multiple times per week. What makes this game stand out in my opinion is the sheer amount of thought and polish that goes into everything that is implemented. The attention to detail is truly second to none, not even single player games like H3VR can match the gun handling, for instance. Special mention goes to the scopes, the best implementation by far in VR. The game's visuals are also great, and very clear too, which is a vital thing for first-gen commercial headsets. Thanks to careful optimisation, it runs great too. While the lack of a playerbase is an (obvious) game-breaker for the moment, you'd be crazy not to pay attention to this title if you're a VR FPS fan.
Very good game but sadly no one plays it. Someone pls cop this game.
game quality is better than 'onward' or 'pavlov'. but this game have no server, no player. and even more this game cant play alone. developers need to promote and make PVE mode.
Sehr toll, es hat sehr Spaß gemacht dieses Spiel zu spielen.
Not good enough to attract and encourage enough people to play in multiplayer, which is essential for multiplayer-only games.
In my opinion, this is a very fun and well made game, eventhough there is limited things to do, I still find myself messing around in this game. I just wish more people would play the game because the game can get very boring with nobody to shoot. I also wish that they soon release the update for bots in the game. Other than that this is a great game.
