The Virtual Exhibition makes it possible to visit a gallery from the comfort of your own home and behaves like a real curated gallery. New features and photographers will be added regularly.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

Very nice and clean work, Highly enjoyable for the explorative types among us, and a nice way to convey "serious" art to us who wish to visit more real galleries, but can't or don't. Discovered artists that would otherwise remain unknown to me. I wish it would work under Linux, as it did before, but does not at the moment. (Having only Linux, I very much look forward to be able to start VE again.)
Like going to art galleries but not hospital? Then is this the simulation game for you. Its like going to a private exhibition but without having to dress up or meet people, plus it's free. And by free i mean it's covid free and on top of that it doesn't cost anything. Basically it a simulation for the culture vulture who's poor and too scared of covid to go out, would recommend even if your not a cowardly art lover it's a good programme that does what it says.

Excellent concept, well executed. I enjoyed wandering around, taking my time to study each image on display. Felt as though I were in an actual gallery, but without worrying that I was looking too long or standing in someone's way (plus, no social distancing!). Both a relaxing and inspiring experience. Looking forward to hopefully seeing more works on show in a future update. I'm excited to see where this development goes.
LIKE
nice game
This is a great idea, especially during times when museums are closed in real life or it's not so easy or comfortable to go there. It feels different to looking at photographs online, you can feel the atmosphere of a museum. The design of the museum is minimalist and doesn't distract from the art, quite the opposite. I'm very much looking forward to further exhibitions I can attend virtually.
As of time of writing this review. A first person view with a couple of rooms that are empty but single type flooring, white walls, some lighting, some stands, literal photos of different sizes, or "galleries", plus foot step sounds. While I've nothing against what I've just stated, the problem is that that's all it takes to consume 4 gb of my ram just to run it. How utterly poorly optimized.
