I'm glad I installed it, I can now sleep easy knowing that Jimmy in North Korea can send me emails about his family and how I need to support them economically
The core game mode of this game is a tower defense style where you can build building to generate money and throughout the game you collect the money they are producing to deposit into your main base. You can also farm money through combat and use money to enter your buildings to upgrade your character. Outside of the gameplay you have a room that is your base of operations and you can utilize money earned from playing the game to unlock better decorations for your room. The gameplay was pretty good, the style of the game trends a little juvenile (if the baby in a dirty diaper as the mascot didn't let you know.) This was covered as part of this week's episode of Free2Play Weekly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wTFfoazBMVQ&t=204
Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There are no available servers and no player population. This game cannot be played as intended.

Warning: Third Party Account This game requires you to create a third party "Victory Of Seeker" account... there's no valid reason for this in a PC game when SteamWorks is available. This is often done to harvest private data and profile you, with potential sale and transmission of your private data to third parties. The developers will probably argue that you can trust them, but if they were trustworthy they wouldn't demand you create a third party account. This represents a considerable risk to gamers due to the privacy and security implications of developers that wish to bypass Steam and harvest user data. Remember, sometimes if the product is free, YOU are the product.

Warning: Microtransaction infested mobile app! This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
"Victory of Seeker" is one of thousands of nasty mobile apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. This mobile app is trying to do a few things at once, and while that diversity may seem welcoming, all of those things revolve around trying to scam gamers in the mobile app cash shop. The idea is that you play a city building mobile app tycoon game, tapping on your screen to build and upgrade buildings and buy things for real world money in the cash shop, then you go into a "MOBA" minigame, a very shallow experience where the winner is determined by who bought the most stuff in the cash shop. All in all this is pretty typical of the disgusting greed of P2W mobile apps. There's only a superficial game here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the too-bright, colourful, thin plastic cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. That's basically what this is. So really, the mobile app "game" is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. Putting that toxic mobile app monetisation aside... this is a mobile app. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could pretend it's an iPhone, and I don't think you did either... this kind of mobile app has no place in your Steam library. Finally, as the other warning says, it's a dead PvP game, nobody on Steam is playing this. Not least of which because it's toxic mobile app P2W garbage. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. In terms of public reception, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? Nope. There's no up front cost here, but I still feel like I should be asking for my money back, and I didn't even spend any. That's how bad this is.
