About
Vice Thief Simulator: 80s Nostalgia throws you into the dazzling streets of the 1980s, where every neon sign hides new opportunities. Your goal is simple — get rich at any cost. But beware: one wrong move and the police are already on your trail.
Atmosphere and World The 80s come alive in every corner: neon lights glow on the streets, pop hits blast from speakers, and the city pulses to the rhythm of disco and criminal intrigue. It’s a time of big temptations and even bigger risks.
Lockpicking Mechanics Breaking in is your main skill. Simple locks open quickly, but valuable targets are always better protected. Upgrading your tools and experience unlocks the path to heavily secured doors and safes.
Car Theft and Contracts Cars are a prize of their own. Sneak up to your target, break in, and drive off without being noticed. Deliver it to the drop-off point, avoid the cops, and claim your reward.
Pawn Shop and Profits Everything you can carry — from old watches to rare electronics — can be turned into cash. The pawn shop will become your most trusted ally on the road to fortune.
Police and Distractions Cops never rest, but you can outsmart them. Trigger a car alarm, knock over a trash bin, or smash a window to lure them away, while you calmly finish the job elsewhere.
Chases and Survival Mistakes happen, and when they do, you run. Weave through narrow alleys, hide in backyards, and vanish before they catch you. Police don’t forgive failures, but you’re not the type to give up, are you?
Vice Thief Simulator: 80s Nostalgia is your ticket to a world of risk and thrill, where wit and speed decide everything. Can you build your fortune and stay free in an era filled with neon lights, temptation, and danger?
ENGLISH VERSION BELOW

Hello everyone!
Vice Thief Simulator: 80s Nostalgia puts us in the shoes of a thief in the 80s, trying to make a name for himself! Review done on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/hyrroh
Positive points:
- An enticing trailer (a bit too much, because it doesn’t reflect the in-game experience) - A very affordable price
Negative points:
- The art direction really isn’t great, textures are blurry, I’ve seen much better in other simulation games, and it’s far from what the trailer suggests - The AI is really bad; the police aren’t even remotely intelligent — you can make noise and they won’t even come to arrest you - The gameplay isn’t interesting; it feels extremely repetitive - The map isn’t very big, and it’s quite difficult to find a street leading to the objectives For its price, I wasn’t expecting something amazing, but there are far more interesting thief games on the market — better skip this one. Overall score: 8/20

So I absolutely love the 80s, in fact all the colours etc I use on my YouTube channel are all 80s inspired. This looked like it was going to be fun, the idea of being in the 80s, stealing things, avoiding getting in trouble. I really do hate craping on peoples work because the developer obviously worked on this and wanted it to be good, and maybe it will be in the future. My issue was I sat down and re-recorded this for channel 4 times, and eventually just gave up. The mission was break into a garage and steal "watches", which I now know from watching someone elses playthrough that it wasn't in fact watches you were to steal, it was a clock. So I'm guessing a language issue in translation perhaps. But after being in the garage for most of the time I spent in the game, not seeing any watches, getting caught by the police every 5 minutes I just gave up and In the end didn't even make a video on it. I hope things get sorted because it could be an interesting game, but it just didn't do it for me as it is.

After my first session, here is my structured feedback: The 80s atmosphere is well done and visually appealing. The concept has potential, especially for players who enjoy simulation and stealth elements. From an accessibility perspective: No official controller support No built-in key remapping No arrow key configuration English only for now The game is playable with adapted controllers using external software, but native controller support and full key remapping would significantly improve accessibility for players with reduced mobility. I will continue testing and provide further feedback. Alex | Accessibility-focused content creator ♿ Providing constructive feedback to improve inclusive gaming
nope
