I had lot of fun playing this game with my colleagues and friends. Highly recommended.
The game follows the mechanics of the Jackbox games, in which one player can share their screen with the others, who play from their browsers on their computers or phones. This is very convenient, particularly in our current isolation times. Game play is fun, and you can tweak a bit some options like preview time, voting time, etc. Some things could be improved. For example, if people choose different records, it would be nice to get a song from each of them instead of all from the same. the selection of albums is not awful, but its also not top notch. You get 5 rounds for free every 30 days, or can pay per day ($0.99), week, month, or year ($29.99). The game is totally worth a buck for a day of playing, and it is otherwise free, so I would really recommend everyone to give it I try. My score? a solid 7/10

I am Aku, The Shapeshifting Master of Darkness. And even I must admit this game is quite fun. Gather your pathetic little mortal companions, connect your magical communication rectangles to the game, and engage yourselves in a battle of deception! A lyric shall be presented with a word missing, then you must forge a magnificent lie and convince the others that your false words are the true words. There is great amusement in watching your friends confidently choose the most ridiculous lie imaginable, only to discover that it was somehow NOT the real lyric. BAHAHAHA! Truly, the foolishness of humanity continues to entertain me. A simple concept, yes. But it creates chaos and betrayal. I give Verse Surf my reluctant approval. Now go forth, humans... and LIE TO EACH OTHER!

Its nice
Quite nice time killer :)
Had a blast playing this with friends, perfect party game vibes! It’s fun, engaging, and leads to some really funny moments. A bigger variety of songs would make it even better, and showing the correct lyrics in Speed Run (when no one guesses right) would be a great addition. Super fun experience overall, and I’m looking forward to future updates! ❤️
This is a really fun game to play with friends. It leads to a lot of funny moments, especially when someone picks your fake answer or when you guess the correct one just in time. It’s easy to understand, even if you’re playing for the first time, and using your phone makes everything feel smooth and interactive. You can jump in quickly and everyone stays involved the whole time. Overall, it’s a great party game that’s simple, entertaining, and perfect for playing in a group.
