lol i thought this was a new game but i just realized it was released in 2025 and is still this rough. on the surface it seems like a fun game. if they handled all the bugs WOULD be. i quickly grew tired of building things only to come back with more resources and find them magically gone. storage too! the game seems to know what the player needs and deprive them off those specific items. it'll make you sick so you need cough medicine. so you head to the pharmacy where you find everything EXCEPT cough medicine. load a new game tho and find plenty in the same place when you arent sick. Wanna try to build a little home base to explore from? good luck when your work stations keep randomly disappearing, storage too. and you can keep your area around your base very clear and quiet. suddely all at once entire mobs of zombies will literally drop from the sky right at your front door and your ui will ignore you as you spam the "R" button to reload while being attacked. you can confirm by reloading the game that you did in fact have plenty more ammo, the character was just not reloading. making basic things like lockpics are locked behind a level 25 gate but you have to build a bunch of garbage to hit that level. this isnt a game, its ai gaslighting. completely defeats the point of a survival game if the game actively rearranges and cheats its own mechanics just to force the players failure. no one likes games that play like my kid brother cheating as the banker in monopoly lol. and i was just playing on normal!!! think im gonna shelve it for a bit.
