Vampire Villager: Mafia Game

One of you is a vampire. Nobody knows who. By morning, someone is missing. Vampire Villager is a social deduction party game for 3 to 10 players, from the same family as Mafia and Werewolf. Everyone gets a secret role. Most of you are ordinary villagers. At least one of you is a vampire, and the vampire's only job is to thin out the village one night at a time without getting caught. How a round goes Night falls and the roles with powers act in secret. The vampire bites, the doctor protects, the sheriff investigates. In the morning you learn who made it. Then the talking starts, on a timer. Who was quiet last night? Why is he defending her so hard? Two people claim to be the Seer, so which one is lying? Then the village votes, and whoever gets the most votes is banished. Maybe that was the vampire. Maybe it was your doctor. You find out right away, and night falls again. The village wins when every killer is gone. The vampires win once there aren't enough villagers left to outvote them. One phone, one table Pass the phone around. Each player checks their role in private and hands it on. At night the phone goes to whoever has a power, so nobody has to sit out as the narrator. Public lobbies are tagged by spoken language, so it's easy to find a table that speaks yours. Push-to-talk voice chat follows the rules of the game: during the day everyone hears everyone, at night only the vampires can talk, and the dead get their own channel to complain about the living. There's text chat too if you'd rather type. While it plays out, you watch a little pixel-art village from above. Players walk home at dusk, argue around the campfire, and the empty houses pile up night after night. Game already running? Watch as a spectator and grab a seat in the next one. 11 roles Villager, Vampire, Doctor, Sheriff, Seer, Watcher, Serial Killer, Trickster, Undertaker, Night Guard and Enchanter. You choose which ones are in before the game starts, so a 3-player round and a 10-player round feel nothing alike. Most powers produce information, and information can be lied about. Whoever claims to be the Seer is either your best lead or a vampire having a very good night. Coins Joining someone else's game is always free. Hosting an online lobby costs a few coins, and a win pays back more than that. There's a daily gift that grows every day you come back in a row.
