Universe For Sale - Prologue

In this prologue of Universe For Sale, we slip into a beautifully hand-drawn sci-fi world, starting off with a cup of special tea at the Hinon Teahouse. The characters and the story feel intriguing and full of potential and I’m already pretty sure this visual-novel point-and-click game is going to be exactly my kind of thing. The music composed by Guglielmo Diana from Turin - Italy, is also off to a great start. His theater background is clearly noticeable, and he seems to have a strong sense for atmosphere and how it connects to the narrative. When it comes to the sound design, I can’t say too much yet. So far it’s a bit mixed like 50/50 the rain is way too quiet, but the thunder and lightning levels fit perfectly. All in all, this has already put me in the right mood and I’m really excited to see how it continues. Anyone who wants to play around with the universe and enjoys comic-style games should definitely give this prologue a try. New update broke achievements - they are unobtainable as of now. I will gladly change my review when this issue gets fixed. (you can still get the achievements through downloading old depot of the game tho)

Achievement did not unlock after one playthrough! You need to download and install an older version for the achievements. The devs did not bother to add them to the latest version since it was released ~1.5 years ago.

Very short demo. The artstyle and animations are gorgeous! Story is interesting. I really liked it. Although - it is not possible to unlock achievements anymore with this current version. What a shame! Would've actually bought the full game, but unfixed technical problems like this, leave such a bitter taste in my mouth.

Un juego que tiene muy buena pinta. Con un estilo gráfico muy pulido y carismático te adentras en las turbulentas nubes de una de las lunas de Júpiter donde un misterioso cultista perseguido se encuentra con una vendedora de universos. Aparenta ser un juego con una carga narrativa importante y en el que se traten temas tan profundos como las propias tormentas de Júpiter. Solo he probado la demo, pero sin duda terminaré jugando el juego entero.
