UBOAT

This is the most comprehensive and in-depth yet accessible submarine simulator out there, a nice balance of realistic, immersive submarining and (somewhat) hard to learn, hard to master control and yet in a way, it is still a fun, adrenaline-pumping action and at sometimes, the fearful dread of being hunted by a pack of destroyers, depth charging every inch of the ocean, 200 meters on the ocean floor, while your sub is full of holes that your engineers are doing their darnest to keep the boat afloat. Now that is truely terrifying, those are some brave men to work and life on those iron coffins. Anyway, If you are looking for a true untersee-boot experience, this is for you! I cannot give this game enough praise. HOWEVER, there some problems. I know I'm playing this game on a laptop with modest specs, not the best but its aight. this game is HORRIBLY unoptimized, especially in the late game and after building bunkers, even with the LOWEST settings, you're playing a slldeshow, imagine that. it eats a lot of ram, please optimize this for low-end users. Although I have some gripes with this game, I still recommend it solely because it delivered on the promise of being a uboat simulator, the replayability, the potential, good game.

Das Spiel ist so verbuggt, dass es im Prinzip unspielbar ist. Schade, denn die Spielidee ist toll, es kommt Spannung auf, man freut sich auf das Auslaufen und dann...# ...bleibt das Boot hängen. Einmal? Nein, regelmäßig. und das ist nur einer von vielen Bugs die mir begegnet sind.
