Just a shame I got a TEST message after I won instead of a GG

The tutorial is pretty much required reading, and its a long one. The emergency alert sound was jarring and had my scrambling for my phone at first...not sure why that played during the tutorial. The interface feels very difficult at times. I tried to click the custom faction creator and couldn't figure out what buttons to push to do anything. The setting and visual presentation of the game is what made me buy it.

This game sucks lol

This is a brilliant example of the kind of wonderfully niche games that steam makes possible. The mechanics are simple and (mostly) intuitive. The AI is surprisingly clever and will catch you off guard if your not careful, and the lore and aesthetics are excellent, Well worth the price. Only two points of criticism: First, some of the terms and concepts aren't properly explained, Raiding (which I think just means when rebels attack though I'm not sure) is one, coalition building is another. I cant figure out how to chose who is in my coalition and it makes the endgame a bit frustrating. Second is the lack of maps. It would be nice to see the rest of the world (Europe, Asia, Africa, ect). I understand that a map maker is on its way which, if combined with the steam workshop, could add infinitely more variety to the game, but for now just the other continents would do. All in all, a very promising game.

Had a lot of fun with this game, it was always funny when it needed to be, but managed to maintain a the serious and mature tone when the subject matter demanded it. The gameplay was very thrilling and a good exercise for the brain, and the skirmishes are really quick once you have the basics down. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good time.

This was a meaningful game to me. Although I do not always play it, I found the lore within it to be very interesting. I also liked how simple this game was to learn and to play. I enjoyed playing with with friendly AI to help me. Back on the lore, I found the writing to be well developed and the characters in them to be quite nice. I wish this to have more development. Illustrations, a campaign, maybe even some more content.
