Solid Jump & Run with puzzles, too bad it has no achievements.
A Nostalgic Trip Through a Quirky World (But Maybe Pack a Patience Potion) TVs: The Awakening might not be a graphical powerhouse, but it offers a unique and occasionally frustrating adventure that will appeal to fans of retro platformers and quirky narratives. Buckle up, because you're about to journey into the bizarre world of TVs – a land where pixels reign supreme and the lines between reality and television blur in unexpected ways. **A World Built on Pixels: A Nostalgic Throwback** The charm of TVs: The Awakening lies in its retro aesthetic. The pixelated graphics evoke a sense of nostalgia for the golden age of platformers, while the vibrant colors and quirky character designs create a visually interesting world to explore. The soundtrack perfectly complements the visuals, offering a catchy chiptune vibe that feels right at home in this digital dreamscape. **A Bewitching Story (But One That Needs Patience)** The story of TVs: The Awakening is undeniably interesting. You play as "u," a character who wakes up in this strange television world with no memory of his past. The narrative unfolds through environmental storytelling and cryptic messages delivered by a mysterious voice on TVs and radios. However, piecing together the story can be frustrating at times. The game relies heavily on exploration and doesn't hold your hand, which can lead to confusion and moments of aimless wandering. **Challenging Puzzles and Frustrating Camera Angles** The core gameplay involves running, jumping, and solving puzzles to progress through the levels. While some puzzles are clever and require creative thinking, others can feel a bit obtuse. The game's biggest hurdle, however, is its camera. The fixed camera angles can be a source of frustration, especially during platforming sections where precise jumps are required. **A Diamond in the Rough (But Needs Polishing)** Despite its flaws, TVs: The Awakening holds a certain charm. The unique premise, the retro aesthetic, and the intriguing story keep you engaged, even when the gameplay gets frustrating. With some polish on the camera mechanics and a bit more clarity in the narrative delivery, TVs: The Awakening could be a real gem. **So, Should You Try It?** This one depends. If you're a fan of retro platformers, quirky narratives, and a bit of challenge (and frustration), then TVs: The Awakening might be worth a try. Just be prepared for some pixelated jank, cryptic storytelling, and the occasional bout of camera-induced rage. But for those who appreciate a unique gaming experience, TVs: The Awakening offers a nostalgic trip through a world unlike any other.

Já vám nevím spíš ne pardon
Where do I even start with this game... It caught my attention because it reminded me heavily of Little nightmares, at least from the couple of screenshots I saw. I expected it to be much creepier. Instead, it ended up being annoying and insufferable at points, due to mostly poor optimization. Even with my not so amazing laptop, I run far more demanding games just fine, while with this one I had to compromise and play with super low graphics and STILL tolerate lag and dying, mostly, because of it. The story was pretty much non-existing. They tried to go places with it, but the narration was poor and not engaging at all. All in all, the experience was frustrating and not fun. I'm glad I bought it super cheap during a sale, otherwise I would have regretted spending more money than it's honestly worth. Could have been eons better.
The metaphor is really heavy handed The game play is slow, the movement is slow, the screen scroll is slow, the moving platforms are slow and death is punished real harsh at times I like the premise and look of the game (why I got it) but game play is quite lacking
Juego al estilo limbo / inside / little nightmares.
Everything is SO dark with no way to change it. Gameplay isn't quite there yet
