Truth: Disorder II at first glance seemed a bit better than the first part. It's a tad longer and has much more choices. That's all. Then I was just annoyed, furious and even hurt to read through that “game”. Seriously, I've never felt so disgusted. The worst novel I've ever read. The language needs thorough proofreading, too often it looks like a machine translation. What's that “slabovato”?! Aahhh and at some point the language switched into Russian completely. Nice bilingual game, guys, though I seriously doubt Russian is as wide-spread as English to justify releasing a game in a such condition. So for the first time I involuntary began to read a visual novel in my native language. Oh my, it hurt a lot. The Russian version is even worse than English. I would never have thought it could be possible to write like this. It's some harassment of the language. Was it a machine translation as well? What's even writer's mother tongue? That was a torture to read through. If not achievements and my complitionist nature I'd drop it right away. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1732971114 Speaking of choices, the best option ever was a question at school: “How is it 'fire' in English?” and the variants: keep, fire, flame... aahhh That's so dumb! If you make the English translation for this, maybe a question could be asked in some form of a riddle/definition, or even take some other popular language--Spanish, for example, and let players guess. As for the story itself, the same sprites are used but characters seem to be completely different from the first part. I guess I won't get any answers. Or maybe there's some deep global meaning in all that which will be revealed later or it's just beyond my understanding. Otherwise I just don't get what devs were even trying to create. Who are devs, how old are they, what were they thinking releasing THIS? The “story” resembles some delirium of a sick consciousness. After some choice we read through the same story from the first part. Not a retelling, compilation or a short version of some kind, literally THE SAME, I would understand if some new important details were added. What for did people have to waste their money buying the first game if they can read it in the second part?! Oh, wait, almost forgot. Not everyone can, as here it's only in Russian. Seriously, there's more Russian text, though I'm playing the English version. Right, devs? as there's nothing about changing languages in settings again. But actually forget about clicking (no skipping) through that story if you've already read it in the first game as there're no even achievements at the end. And again no answers or explanation I hoped to get so much. So, don't waste your money and time. The game is awful. I can recommend it only if you'd like to experience for yourself what the worst visual novel looks like. I need to treat myself with something nice after all my suffering.

NOTE BEFORE YOU BUY THE GAME: the developer updated the game, it is not a visual novel anymore, it is an rpg game with puzzle elements. Overall the game is nice, it has easy achievements. :) Thanks to the developer for his quick response and fixing the achievement I couldn't unlock. :)
Dont be fooled. The game is no longer a visual novel as shown in the screenshots. At some point an update was released that replaced the visual novel with the worlds most boring maze game made with RPG maker without an easy option to get the visual novel back.
1/10 Truth: Disorder II is a poorly written, boring, and broken visual novel. Truth:Disorder II has NOTHING to do with Truth Disorder. Actually- - it has nothing to do with a disorder at all! It's about a captain that gets put through a virtual simulator and has to solve puzzles that take <1 minute to solve (for some reason in the dark?). No story involved. I got all 3 endings in 30 minutes. My takeaway: Pros -The girl on the front is pretty Cons -Pretty girl on the front is barely seen in the actual story -No story -Not a continuation of the name at all -The actual game is ugly -Poor translation -Puzzles suck -Soundtrack sucks -Its visually dark as hell [strike]It's just plain bad[/strike] To see more reviews like this one, support me by following my curating page: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/46085490-SumiSux-At-Games/
The whole purpose of this game is to send an hour of your life down in the dumps. You won't become smarter or more knowledgeabe neither will you enjoy playing it, you'll just get one hour(+/-) older. You could as well spend ths hour being a vegetable. Do not let the pretty face on the cover lure you in and think twice if you really have nothing better to do.
