What a cute game. I'm glad I purchased it's DLC.

Very cozy. I like the mixed media aesthetic. It took me a bit to get all the achievements because one of them is RNG-based.

Since I was a participant in Global Game Jam 2024, and The Sheep's Meow was the online site where I participated in, I've had to try out one of their games. Tree Trunk Brook is a relaxing experience. You get to wander around the titular nature preserve in the middle of a pandemic, meeting people, taking pictures, and picking up lost items and trash. It's meant to be played in multiple short sessions to get all six achievements. This free game is one you should experience, if only for the message that one should get away from the daily grind and mingle with nature.

I found Tree Trunk Brook admirable. Very reminiscent to old games I've played in the past. (e.g Fairy Tale: A True Story's activity centre, The Giggle-bone gang, 5 a day adventures etc) This game incorporates the mixed media, photographic style with it's scenery and backgrounds. (All of which, are based on real locations.) I'll admit it's on the blurry side when moving about, but it hasn't thrown me off too much. Pretty chill and relaxing. Helping other hikers and cleaning up litter. Taking nature photos. You can choose to reset the game if you desire. Check stats. Whole concept of the bus timer - you're supposed to treat this game as a real quick outing. There's no need to rush and collect everything in one play-through. The pandemic era is behind us now, but if you want to take some virtual hikes during this harsh Winter, try this freebie out until Spring returns.
мені так подобається ця гра, дуже заспокоює завжди. іще локація мені вельми нагадує високий замок у львові, і коли я гуляю там, завжди згадую цю гру:)
