Very well made
horrible frame rate for such a simple game, had to refund sorry.
15 fps main menu.
A genuinely enjoyable tower defence, strikes a good balance between base managment and exploration. Managing towers is frustrating if you prefer control over their placement. Currently only five of the six levels are in-game with two difficulties each.
Really liked the concept of tower defense with survival. Co-op option sounds great. I'm sure that would be much more fun. I'm still trying to get used to the mechanics but the game is promising. Graphic style is very appealing, too.
would love to like this, but the framerate during the game (and no vsync) is horrible. will try again if fixed!!
Early experiences so far. Up to the second level. I'm on a laptop. Integrated graphics only. Intel ultra 125u. 16gb ram. Need to take laptop off power saving mode to get better frames. I'm not picky so have it set to 15 frames per second cap at lowest full screen resolution possible (It might be an aspect ratio thing but I don't think you can use the lowest resolution in fullscreen. I'm not using fsr, might try that option again to make sure but for now I like my 15 fps. Gameplay: gather wood from trees that glow blue so you can build towers to defeat your enemies! Mostly just protect the ore thing in the middle of the level. Enemies come from all directions at map edge (I think?). You can and should be auto collecting the wood with a sawmill (make sure to look for the area with the most amount of trees. Placing down a quarry (for stone, which shows up in the second level, stone is for upgrading towers on the field) or a sawmill will cost 1 coin. I'm not sure if the coins are always on the map to find or if they sometimes drop from enemies. Pretty sure towers come back to life at the end of each wave even if they're destroyed. Artstyle: I like it. Music: I've had it down pretty low so far but sounds okay, I should probably have a closer listen to it to be sure. Story: Seems to have one. Censored swear word near the start if that bothers you. Character interactions seem entertaining so far with a somewhat tragic premise to start with. Dialogue is all text I believe? Seems interesting. Will continue playing.
I've had a great time playing this game! It's a fun variation on a tower defense and it was really interesting to explore how different synergies and try different things. I look forward to seeing more!
Fun game, blends TD and survivors-like. Unique art style, really love the blend of 2D and 3D. You can see that a lot of love was put in the art and VFX.
Such a cute game. I really liked the music - well done!!
