Picked this up earlier today and am glad I did - it's a fun and visually beautiful game. It's easy to pick up and the art makes is just incredible. Two thumbs up!
Released in 2017, but with no real development since then. It's a lovely premise with pretty artwork and music, but the actual gameplay is clunky, illogical and (at times) impossible to actually do! It would be far better as a walkthrough/exploration type game rather than non-operational combat. I want to support the dev and have been waiting for progress, but not much has been happening at all. I don't want a refund as I want the dev to be able to keep going and hopefully produce the game they had in their mind, rather than the one we have in our libraries.

so far bad and blocky mechanics and really no story at all yet, also this isn't an actual game it's a paid demo whatever the hell that is supposed to be. this game developer needs to think before they put their product out on the shelf, there is no mention of a demo here in the description so it's effectively worse than no mans sky presentation wise. i will be letting steam know what this is so they can have it removed hopefully, it does nothing for their image to allow such low effort stuff sold. as for the devs statement on being a one man project with little time, maybe he should focus on that other stuff and save his efforts till the game is actually done instead of scamming people like this, it makes the dev look like the way people look at EA right now. out of 5 stars i can't give this game even one, there's really that little here right now as of this post and being this was released in dec of 2017 i don't think it's gonna get any better.
you play a demo for half an hour and then its over.
I had My time with this game and I would like to thank the maker for allowing me to test it, however I would like to say a few thing. Firstly, I love this type of art style, absolutely love it, but that colour changes start to take a toll on my eyes and in some cases cause a migrane. Also the combat is very slow and fiddily, I would like for it to be revamped so that when you have an attack set, you dont need to click every time to attack. the story seems very interseting but the robot sounds as they talk kind of ruin the immersion of the game. I am not trying to hate on the game, I think that this ia an ambitious project that could turn out to be an amazing game, and once again I want to thank the developer for letting me try it. After all this is only my OPINION, there is no need for you to take anything I see as hate.
too early access after 40 minutes of slow tutorial (70% of time is dialogue) to "learn" fight the game say: "END OF THE DEMO" ?!?!?!?!!? i have payed for a demo??? i want my time back. grafic and sound are very good but lack everything. gameplay? no gameplay. only dialogue and only one bugged fights against "Apu". story? the story end at the beginning. 5/10 because is early access and one man band game. i return on this game later and maybe i will change my mind
Before I played TRANSCEND , I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
