RPG Maker strikes again! TRACHI - AUTONOMY is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. This is one of those RPG Maker asset flips where the developer couldn't work out how to make an RPG with it (that's the only thing RPG Maker can do, and it's not even good at that), instead it's a godawful "adventure" game combined with completely craptastic high school anime club dropout fanfiction writing about something that seems vaguely political, but I can guarantee it's awful. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. Like most RPG Maker shovelware and asset flips, the game features extremely low quality copy + pasted 2D retro pixel art, looks awful, and has even worse gameplay. RPG Maker is an absolutely terrible construction kit, and never results in games of any reasonable quality or value to gamers. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.

Kinetic Novel with some interaction. I enjoyed the writing a lot (and I disliked writing in most VNs I've tried so far). Canny use of sound-effects gives so much atmosphere. They are proof that the devs have a deep understanding of storytelling. I stopped playing after midgame because of too many crashes and slowdown. Reason is my old pc, I guess. Should work better if you have a bit more than the minimum specs.

Инди-платформер с элементами головоломки и исследования. Плюсы: Уникальная атмосфера — мрачная и загадочная обстановка; Интуитивное управление — легко освоить; Разнообразие уровней — множество уникальных головоломок. Минусы: Однотипные враги — мало разнообразия в противниках; Баги с физикой — иногда объекты ведут себя некорректно; Короткая продолжительность — игра быстро заканчивается. Итог: TRACHI - AUTONOMY — для любителей инди-платформеров и головоломок. Привлекает уникальной атмосферой и простым управлением, но может разочаровать однообразием врагов и техническими недочётами.

Tried to play, got ten minutes in until I got an error :/. " error uncaught error header is wrong". It's after the first conversation with Atlas. Idk how to fix this, or what I did wrong. But I can't seem to play it.
