Disappointed Loved playing the game. Then they decided to limit who was getting rewards. No pass or quest for many players. Supports suggestion was to either dump a bunch of resources that I worked for or spend more money to increase my barn size. This is very disappointing considering the time and money I’ve already spent on the game.

Game has become unplayable For a while now every update this game has made just makes it worse. I have stuck it out through all the recent horrible updates cuz I do like some things but I think after this last one I have to be done. They have always offered a seasonal pass that gives you rewards. Some are free but if you buy the pass you can get additional rewards. I have always spent money to get the pass because I enjoy the game and getting the rewards makes doing different things worth it. Well today I opened the game and found out I had no pass option. After contacting support it turns out they are doing test groups and I am one of the unlucky ones that didn’t get a pass at all. Not even a new pass option like some people got(though I hear the new option is awful) just absolutely nothing. It is the stupidest move I have ever seen. This makes the game unplayable now. I’ve been consistently buying the pass for so long now that I would never be able to get rid of my excess items in the barn and still do anything. There is absolutely no reason to play the match 3 game now and trying to do the harvest collection would just be impossible without the packs you get from pass rewards. And it feels worse because some people in my co op still have the pass so it just feels like a group of people are being set up to fail every other event they have going on. So I guess I am just done with the game now. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother starting this game out all. They will just continue doing more horrible updates that will eventually make the game unplayable for you as well

Not as shown Not at all like the add shows. Wish it were, and not the way this app actually plays. Sometimes with similar but not as interesting.

Advertised as Available, But I Can’t Purchase It I’ve played Township for years and genuinely enjoy the game, but I’m disappointed with how the Harvest Pass is being advertised. The App Store currently shows the Harvest Pass under “NOW AVAILABLE” and says, “Collect keys and unlock amazing rewards!” However, the Harvest Pass does not appear in my game and I have no option to purchase it. I contacted Township Support and was told that the event is currently being tested and is available only to a randomly selected group of players. Support also confirmed that they cannot manually add the event or pass to my game. I understand that developers test new features with selected groups of players. What I find frustrating is seeing the Harvest Pass publicly advertised in the App Store as “NOW AVAILABLE” when it is not actually available to all players receiving that advertisement. I would gladly purchase the Harvest Pass if given the option. If an advertised feature is limited to a test group, I believe that limitation should be made clear in the advertising so players know whether they are actually eligible to participate.

picking cotton? I really enjoyed this game. But once I got this one order, of the black guy the plays basketball needing cotton for his team. I almost threw the damn phone. This is racist af!

Fun but costly I love this game but to earn things you must play a side game that’s called match 3 similar to candy crush but they make the levels so unbeatable that even if you play it 20 times or plug it in to AI you cannot win and the rocket booster is so glitchy that if you swipe up to the next row it goes down. That’s the only booster that does it on a new calibrated IPAD so to continue you pay with town cash I play all the side games to earn cash free but you would have to play a whole day to pay this 1 level so you pay real $. If you join a club half the ppl get this same frustration or any afford to pay and quit plus after the starter things it starts taking 4-8 hours to make thingsI’m 2 months in and about to cut my losses

False advertising This game is not what the advertisement says it is

False advertising I was playing paper.io and then they gave me this ad and I played it for such a long time. It was so fun so I actually downloaded the game and there was nothing Like the ad. This is false advertising. They tricked me into thinking it’s a whole different game.
