This game is so sick, so many mechanics work well together, and controlling massive armies is EXTREMELY SATISYFING. Learning about the Warhammer universe is really interesting too. Although the main caveat is that everything is locked behind a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ paywall boooo

Don't buy this under any circumstances! The game has major graphics bugs, and my hardware is 4K-capable— I have 96 Gb RAM guys, and there are even more issues than that. The strategic AI is dependent on the player. In other words, if you attack a faction, everything goes smoothly, but if you play for peace, you’ll be attacked immediately. After a few games, you realize that you have to wage war against a faction just to avoid getting into trouble. That’s ridiculous. Whoever came up with this strategic dynamic should be fired. Too bad—the old Total War games were better.
