wish i could give a "meh" review between yes and no played virtua tennis growing up and i was looking to scratch that itch for the longest time. topspin mechanics and gameplay is solid - didn't get too deep into it but it felt satisfying enough. as a long time nba2k player, hitting a "green" will always be satisfying, and it feels equally as rewarding here however. greedy monetization and an extremely grindy career mode make the game generally unfun. it takes soooo long for your player to even get decent, and this is in line with the general gameplay model with most sports games nowadays. with that being said, from a purely tennis standpoint, this game is fun, runs well, and is graphically very pretty. good enough, not the best but not the worst

Overpriced, 2K online only career. Servers soon to be offline, so most of the game will become unplayable. Not that it matters - shot timing is garbage, unpredictable and inconsistent making for frustrating at best gameplay. Avoid.

Have to sign in to some other site. Kept crashing. When it did run the cpu just held the ball and didn't do anything.

El juego como simulador creo q es lo mejor que hay actualmente gráficamente esta muy bien hecho , pero no lo recomiendo por su pésimo online servidores nefastos con lag. Lo otro también que no admite coop de 2 jugadores online.

Having to grind to get your career mode character to a semi reasonable level is pure agony! Its like the game is forcing you to spend additional money jus tot have a reasonable basic character! Spending £10 on a game to then learn you have to spend £17,99 just to play the game is a con and should be a crime.

The game is simply too buggy to enjoy. I was mainly looking forward to playing MyCareer, but I got stuck because the AI would stop serving. Sometimes my own player would also become unable to serve, with the controls completely unresponsive no matter what keys I pressed. I tried looking for solutions and checking the community, but there doesn't seem to be a reliable fix for this issue. It's extremely frustrating because I bought this game intending to play it for a long time, but I can't even progress through MyCareer because the game just gets stuck. A tennis game where you literally can't serve or continue a match is basically unplayable. Would not recommend until these game-breaking bugs are properly fixed.
