Tomb Raider Game of the Year

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD FOR MOTION SICKNESS IT IS UNREAL, I ALMOST THREW UP AFTER AROUND 10 MINUTES

我以前從來不知道 3D 暈是什麼感受，直到我玩了這款遊戲。

I will always have strong bias against Crystal Dynamics and the Survivor trilogy. But if I had to pick one of the three games, I found myself enjoying Tomb Raider 2013 more than the rest. But that's purely if I convince myself that I'm not playing Tomb Raider. That's because this game is not Tomb Raider and this character is not Lara Croft. No, the dual pistols "twist" at the end isn't enough to make this a true TR. But let's put that aside, why do I recommend this game? As I've already mentioned, TR2013 is actually quite good and I found myself exploring the island for completion's sake, that's always a good sign. Combat and exploration feel very satisfying, the story was pretty okay even if forgettable, the graphics are insane for the time period. Laura Kraft does improve as a character over the course of the game and will luckily stop screaming & crying every 5 seconds. If I had one nitpick, it would be that this game is a rare example of "less is more". I did not need any guns, I played the whole game with just bow & arrow and it was a lot more fun that way because the game felt more challenging and unique instead of Uncharted 2013. This is a good game, but it's not Tomb Raider. If you're willing to look past that, you will enjoy this game quite a bit and it aged surprisingly well 13 years later. That's not something I can say about Rise of the Tomb Raider despite being its sequel.

Oyun bilgisiz daha toy bir Laranın nasıl acımasız haline geldiğini gösteriyo. Hikayesi diğer oyunlarına göre çok daha akıcı hiç sıkmıyor. Fakat bulmacalar yok denilicek kadar az ve basitti. Atmosferi zaten her Tomb Raider oyunundaki gibi gayet şahaneydi. Bence oyun mekanik anlamda çok eksik bazı buglar var. Onun dışında hikayesi ve atmosferi oyunu taşımış.

aged like fine wine. graphics still look great, and most importantly, runs surprisingly well even on lower end hardware. the Steam Deck can handle it at a locked 60FPS on max graphics perfectly
