Good game
Great game and lots of content to explore and master.
JUST DONATE THE MONEY TO A CHARITY INSTEAD! ..... SPEND THE TIME SOME WHERE ELSE IN A DIFFERENT GAME MAYBE, YOU WILL 100000000000% FIND BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN THIS "ROOM OPENER LOOTER". IT DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO JUMP FREELY AS WELL. HUGE DUMP LOAD GAME. I ALSO ACCEPT DONATIONS IF YOU CANT FIND A CHARITY :)
Takes skill and math
Great game and challenging game! It's a better experience once you figure out how to upgrade your character's gear sets and weapons. I'm very thankful to all of the experienced players videos. I learned so much from them regarding all topics related to this game.
Still a really chill game to turn your brain off to, fun to look up builds and play repetitively. Still highly recommend. Main reason I'm typing this review: They need to add actual targeted loot for Proto gear and then just decrease the drop/roll chances if they want to keep it rare. At the same time; I don't even know if they should make it harder to get considering that Div 2 has already been making things more accessible for a smaller player base and for new players.. I've owned this game both on Ubi and Steam, I have closer to 1k hours if not more, I have played off and on since release. Love the game. My only real big issue is the Proto gear grind. It has split allot of the player base due to the Proto gear daily loot being so random with zero targeting, zero way to optimize or improve the Proto gear outside of Augment levels. The rolls are also pretty terrible outside Tier8 up to Tier10. Just due to the nature of there being daily-mission exclusive gear-set drops, players will by default be chasing different gear, making the actual player pool doing your specific mission that you want to grind significantly smaller at any given time. Unless you sit in chat and hit LFG all day, actual matchmaking is extremely slow for anything above Tier 5. Then comes the issue of Host having to pay to start missions. This makes me NOT want to Host. People will often leave teams because when matchmaking, the goal is to be invited to a team, not be the host, if the team dies, the Host pays in Escalation tokens. This needs to be changed or completely removed. this mode is allegedly for newer players, I do not want to play Escalation Tier 8 with a player who has extremely bad gear because he literally just got the game 2 weeks ago. That's not his fault, but people don't want to pay for him getting a team wiped. Escalation should be ENDGAME CONTENT. Countdown is a perfect way for new people to get gear sets and equipment. A Tier based and cost reliant game mode dropping ENDGAME level equipment should not be tailored to new people. In other news, The cosmetics have gotten better, hoping they keep adding more tactical looking stuff. Actual gameplay hasn't really changed in the last 7 years but the game has gotten bigger and better. Still fun, needs more content.

The game runs smooth, though the servers can be a little unstable at times (especially after a major update). Story-wise it's okay, nothing you haven't heard if you're into conspiracies regarding big pharma, rogue scientists/soldiers, and corrupt government. It's mostly a solo shooter game with rpg-like elements, and if you so desire you can group up for harder content (which can be avoided completely if it's not your cup of tea). All in all, it's a decent game, I'd give it an 8/10. Having said that, the game requires a ton of grinding, so be prepared for that.
