About
Your story begins once you step off the bus that brought you to Pixelia. From there on, only your imagination can decide how things will go. Create your Pixelian's story on your own terms. Customize your character's appearance, buy or rent a property, and work your way up to the top. There is no limit to what you can become. You can choose to be a musician, politician, baker, butcher, janitor, model, basketball player, hacker, or even president.
Compose your own songs, cook your favorite meal, fight your rivals, and drive any type of vehicle you desire. Meanwhile, take care of your needs and health to avoid getting sick. Play the game your way and live the life of your dreams!
With dozens of options for hairstyles, facial hair, clothing, accessories, and tattoos, you can create a unique look for your character and express your personal fashion sense.
Visit the real estate office to rent or buy a property. You can furnish your home with a variety of options to suit your individual style.
Start with low-tier jobs such as a cleaner, baker, or butcher and with dedication and hardwork, you will soon be able to make it to the top. You can be a musician, painter, basketball player, underground fighter, politician, supermodel, or even a president if you are ambitious enough!
Not a fan of office jobs? The world of art can be a tempting option! Compose your own songs, make albums, start a band with fellow musicians, and play at gigs and concerts to expand your fame and gain new fans.
Cooking is an important skill to master in the game. Read books to discover new, forgotten recipes, or experiment with different ingredients to discover new dishes.
Fight and loot to gain respect and fear among other Pixelians. There are hundreds of Pixelians and you cannot get along with them all! Use your punches to make your point. However, if you want to do it in a legal way, try your hand at becoming an underground boxer and fight professional fighters.
You can control a variety of vehicles such as motorcycles, cars, and rowboats.

if this game was made with 3D graphics, it could take the throne of the sims the almighty xD Even its current state is great tho.
Game of endless opportunities! Still needs a bit of fleshing out but the dev does amazing feature rich updates. Very optimistic about where it's headed.
I love this game, there is A LOT to do and I think it is very underrated. Just one thing: the game keeps crashing every twenty minutes which is very annoying cause it doesn't save automatically that much so I always loose around 2 in-game days... Apart from that it is a very nice discovery. I am pleasantly surprised and I have nothing but praise for this game.

Game is fun and addictive. I was unsure at first to get it because I had seen from looking at other past reviews about some often crashing and bugs. I have almost 20 hours as of writing this review and can safely say that I can play multiple hours in a row and never crash. I have yet to run into any bugs as well except maybe 1? I am not even sure if it is a bug.. I bought a bike and it doesn't seem to let me change the colors during or after I bought it. With that out of the way there seems to be so much you can do. I even got access to an island that seems to be a live out your farm life kinda deal. So if you get sick of the city you can go there later on.
Things I like.

I can be employed and have a career by going to the job office and be a waiter, janitor, butcher, and bakery or I can even go to school to get higher education to get better paid jobs. I don't know what those are yet. ORRrrr Gamble and make tons of money by beating the system and buy the apartment I am living in to later rent out, get my skills up high enough that people contact me to become a rockstar or a boxer!
Drive my motorcycle around town and see that even in this game I still cannot stay on the road...
Hack banks to steal money!
QoL stuff like being able to pay using the currency I earn from daily tasks to reveal the entire map for myself so I don't have to discover every location. I can also turn off minigames for different actions. I can control how fast my needs drop, skill growth, or even game speed. A decent amount of control over your game really.

Things I don't like...

The UI has some things that overlap like when your character grumbles about one of their needs, it can cover up the needs list as well as your tasks you can do that day for major mood buff and that special currency I mentioned earlier. There is also the items in inventory, the info about them covers up the actual item when you hover over one of them to move it or try to equip a clothing item..
My biggest dislike is not being able to rotate all furniture. In the first apartment you get in story start the layout would of worked better could I had rotated my TV. I could rotate the sofa but not the TV.. most furniture seems to be this way where they only face south.
This kinda goes with the above but unable to cycle between interactable. This is needed because if you sit your TV on a table your character trys to use the table's actions so you have to go behind or on the side to touch the TV. If you sit anything near the light switches this also gets in the way. I would love for a way to cycle between them and also move the light switches.
The game has a lot to offer and it's pretty fun imho. It has okay amounts of customization. I hope they add more outfits (maybe cat ears?), more hairstyles like my twintails.I don't know how many jobs there actually are but I saw someone mention they wanted to be cops so I hope they add that as well. I would also like to ask for a way to block messages. I beat someone up and our relationship is negative but they seem to keep messaging me to tell me how not upset they are but are heart broken? I am hoping that wont be a theme for others.. Please add a way to cycle between objects, move light switches, and maybe change the door colors. That's all I have for now.
I just can't recommend this game yet. I want to like it and enjoy it but I can't when people of color kind of feel like a big afterthought? I bought the game a while back after a youtuber recommended it, and I had fun with it for the 2 hours I played, but I decided to put it down when I realized there were no cloud saves. So then I took a long break from it, and then I see that cloud saves released a few days ago and was excited to see other things that changed, and I made a new character and was met with the same issues as before. There's only 1 textured hair option, only 3 skin tones that are all pretty light (also the two darker tones are slightly different on the portrait and sprite, which led to me not being able to decide whether I wanted an accurate portrait but be forced to deal with a too light sprite or vice versa if I chose the darkest skin tone.), the black hair looks too gray on darker skin tones, the brown eye-color blends in to the darkest skin tone on the sprite, and there is no darker eye-color like black to combat this. When I realized all these problems were still there after all this time, I lost all my interest in playing at that moment. I really want to like this game, the gameplay is extremely fun from what I experienced a while back, and I'm obviously really happy about cloud saves finally coming, but I just can't immerse myself when my avatar doesn't really look like me. I'd really love to see these things fixed finally, and more options added so that me and other POC can feel more represented.
Game with a lot of untapped potential completely undermined by one of the worst UI/UX designs I've ever seen. Interface is unpleasent to look at, whole UI is confusing with features that would obviously be highlighted on their own hidden from sight beneath other categories. User experience is unpleasent and actively discourages from playing further. It's been more than a year since release but I find it disheartening to find that since then the developer worked on adding even more features to the game without trying to fix the flawed fundaments of the game. I strongly advise against trying this game in the current state. Please save your money until these issues are adressed and fixed.
This is such a cute and relaxing game. Clear goals but no push to follow the story line you are able to free-roam. I adore this. I can see myself being grid locked to the couch while playing this for hours more.
one sentence to sum this game up; if stardew and sims had a baby together, that baby would be this game.
It is indeed the waiting game but it doesn't really matter cause i like waiting lowkey. I love this game, it is addictive.
我不知道是我电脑字库的问题,还是说这游戏中文翻译就是存在问题,很多文字在游戏中是“口” ,极大地影响了我游戏的体验感
