Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 25 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i had fun with this, although it is not idle at all. some of the achievements are surprisingly grindy (10k pokes and 1mil plants are a pain). some feedback: - the ui could use a Lot of improvement, i think the font doesn't really fit in with the rest of the game, the edges of the farm become quite difficult to access when the farm is fully expanded, some of the text looks wonky and overlaps with itself at max resolution scale, the scrolling is slow, there are some sections where menu overlays are still triggered by a click despite being a layer below (more specifically i encountered this when defining extra tiles for the autoseeder and the ui kept selecting seeds to place in the bottom menu) - the pathfinding of the little guys is extremely inefficient. i get that this is meant to be an idle game and it's probably computationally demanding to have each of them pathfind to the closest item related to their task at all times, but watching them pick an item up and run to the other end of the map for the next one when there are 10 others readily available for them to collect within 5 tiles is so annoying, especially considering the scale of some of the achievements. - i wish decorations had more of an emphasis, i wasn't really incentivized to use them. maybe an achievement? a farm beauty metric? - about halfway through the 1mil crop achievement i realized that boxing little guys in doesn't limit their task range. i placed all 100 of them in a 1 by 1 box and my farm rates skyrocketed. i don't know if this intended or not, but if it is, thank you, it definitely helped speed things up. do i wish i had known this sooner? yes. have i considered speedrunning all tasks after discovering it? also yes. please do not patch this. - again i cannot stress how grindy the 1mil crops is. maybe i'm silly and missed out on a key mechanic but i think the current state of getting 100% of achievements is too tedious and i wish there was more variety/creativity to it. - speaking of variety/creativity, i really enjoyed the cooking and juicing mechanics. i just wish there was more to them than progression goals. the gameplay loop is entirely revolved around "plant a bunch of crops, get a new crop, plant a bunch of that crop, get a new crop, plant a b" and so on and so forth. obviously the game is in early access and more is to come, but it would be fun to not have to restructure my farm all of the time based on the current progression goal needs. what i liked: - being able to restructure/redecorate at no cost penalty. makes pivoting the farm really easy and convenient. woudl love to see a "delete all of one item" function - the art style is very cute! you can clearly see that a lot of work went into designing and illustrating every single crop - from someone in computer science as well this got me thinking a lot about making my own game and what the code behind it would look like, i know i mentioned pathfinding but it's still incredibly impressive to see so many little guys at work with seemingly no performance strain on my machine, great job i'm sure a lot of effort went into that overall i think this game already contains so many elements that would make it really really really good, most of my nitpicks are related to game design and progression goals and what makes the game FEEL fun. in the beginning it feels very cute and cozy but the progression goals are designed in a way where eventually you have to let go of the cozy vibe and put your optimization hat on if you want to get access to more content, but then the game does not reward optimization in a way that feels satisfying. i think with a bit of tweaking and some reworks it could be very very very good. amazing job! i'm happy with the time i have put into it.

its alright, maybe get it on sale
I picked up Tiny Terraces during the Steam Summer Sale for around €3.34, and honestly, I’ve been more than happy with my purchase. I originally went into this expecting something I could have running in the background as a little idle game while doing other things. And for the most part, it absolutely works for that. The funny part is that, every now and then, it somehow stopped being an idle game and turned into “okay, I’m just going to spend another two hours making this one little corner of my terrace look nice.” Hahaha. There’s something really charming about the whole game. The little guys, the art style, the atmosphere, and watching your terrace slowly turn into something that actually feels like your space all work really well together. My biggest recommendation would honestly be: Take it slow. Enjoy the characters, enjoy the art, and make something pretty. Which brings me to the one thing I think the game accidentally made me do wrong. I saw all the goalposts for unlocking new items, and immediately my brain went into completionist mode. I wanted to unlock EVERYTHING before I properly committed to designing my terrace. That ended up making the game feel a little more rushed than I think it needed to be. The achievement grind is probably my biggest complaint. There’s an achievement for harvesting 1 million plants, and, well... That's a lot of plants! Especially if, like me, you’ve spent most of the late game focusing on making a beautiful terrace rather than building the most efficient plant-harvesting machine known to mankind. You can apparently get much more efficient by fencing in the little fellas and setting things up specifically for faster harvesting, but I didn't really want to do that. I wanted my terrace to look nice. So eventually I found myself staring at that 1,000,000 plant number thinking, “Oh. This is going to take a while...” There are also a few things I’d love to see changed or added. For one, I think it would be nice if either cosmetics or seeds were unlocked through currency, rather than both being tied to objectives. Having one progression system based around objectives and another based around currency could make the pacing feel a lot better. As it stands, I found myself constantly thinking about what I needed to unlock next instead of just designing my terrace. I also wish there was a way to see everything that could eventually be unlocked. Not knowing what equipment and cosmetics were coming later made it difficult to commit to a particular layout, because I was always wondering whether I was about to unlock something that would completely change how I wanted the terrace to look. And then there are some quality-of-life improvements that I would love to see. Being able to place multiple tiles, decorations, or structures at once would be fantastic. Even better would be some kind of copy/paste system for layouts, or the ability to pick up and move an existing section of your terrace as a whole. Because let me tell you: discovering that your grid is slightly off after you've already built half your dream terrace is a special kind of pain. Having to completely destroy and rebuild everything just to move something over by one tile hurt a little more than it probably should have. These are all fairly minor complaints, though, especially considering what I paid for the game. TL;DR: Great little game that I’d absolutely recommend. Take things slow, enjoy the little guys and the art style, and don't let the unlocks trick you into rushing through the game. There are some areas where the progression and building system could use a bit of polish, but for €3.34, I’ve gotten more than my money’s worth. And honestly, there’s something strangely satisfying about leaving Tiny Terraces running in the background, coming back later, and realizing your little terrace has quietly become a place you actually care about. 8/10 - mDriveUnit
Really satisfying, especially once youve unlocked loads of little fellas to run about sorting your crops. Only gripes i have is some UI problems like selecting the wrong building due to other buildings being placed behind and how its not easy to mass delete trees
10/10 my friend fell asleep while watching how I stream the game, would recommend
