Tile Family®:Match Puzzle Game

Use to be my favorite game. This has been my go to game ever since I downloaded it. I have spent a lot of money on coin packs, but recently it has disappointed me. The mini game allows me to play for so long then locks me out and say to enter the next stage. Never seen anything about that and doesn’t allow me to finish the game, yet it keeps adding the number of attempts I should be able to play. It’s kind of good bc I have stopped playing the game as much and therefore not spending money on it. bc Its aggravating I can’t complete the mini game. I even emailed support but didn’t hear any thing back.

Extra stars Need more than 5stars on cxx

Fun but unfair I really enjoy this game but I’ve spent too much money playing it. My main complaint is that when you buy or win “extra space” it is taken from you if you’re not playing the game. It should only be used when a person is playing the game. For example, I bought the special that gives you 4 hours of extra space. It only gave me 3 hours. Then I had to stop the game for the night and when I picked it up this morning, my time, that I paid for, was gone. Very unfair and underhanded.

Saving game state sucks If you stop playing for several hours to go about your daily life, game deletes progress in things like Treasure Quest, ruining all progress you made before you had to stop playing. They need to change it to make it better at saving the game state

Pjohnson I have finished the game. I enjoyed it very much, however, I’ve been waiting for new stories as it says they are coming. So am I done now? Do I delete and find another? Very frustrating. I check everyday and nothing. I would think the makers would stay ahead.

They lied about no ads In their advertisements, they say the game has no ads. But when you download it and play, after level 50 there are ads. Why lie? I don’t mind ads, but I do mind being lied to.
