双手剑的新技能核心斩击波显示伤害数值与怪物实际掉落血量不符,实际伤害只有最后一击且不计算暴击与X2的伤害 The damage numbers displayed for the two-handed sword’s new skill, Core Slash Wave, do not match the actual HP reduction on monsters. The actual damage only applies to the final hit, and critical hits or double damage (×2) are not being calculated.

With what amazon did to New World wouldn't be surprised if they do the same to this one too. Not worth the time, better free MMOs out there
I wanna like this game but early on it just doesnt feel like an MMO it feels like a single player story. I know from videos that late game introduces a lot of co-op functions and large scale pvp but you gotta work your way up to that and tbh that's kinda bs I want to play with other people with in the first 20 levels of an MMO there should be low level dungeons and maybe 5v5 pvp or something for us to do with other people I've played off and on for maybe 3 days now and I've interacted with 0 people. Not to mention I think the chat function for global to talk with people is behind a higher level so again im stuck playing solo till I "earn" my right to treat it like an actual mmo. It's a decent game but wish it worked on that.
Beautiful graphics. Ran smooth and without issues with all setting on Epic. Normally, I would love a game this detailed with an interesting storyline. But. Yes, there is a but coming. They offer two different combat styles. Both are utter garbage. They have too much going on at the same time too quick. Morph, run, jump to morph into a bird and if you fly wrong, you die and respawn again in the tutorial as tutorials are wont to do. Flashy flash fights in the combat zinging around and screaming monsters and non-stop yapping companions are fun how? Constant spamming of cliche melodramatic fight details and a narrator that won't shut their mouth so you can get a good look at the combat styles and how they work together. The tutorial is on rails that simply won't pause or stop. Bad. Very bad. The tutorial should go at MY pace, not at the pace they want to gush-rush you through. Plus the cable and grappling hook was old in Zelda, the Ocarina of Time decades ago, I don't care to relive that old travel mechanic. It's not fun or exciting. It's another button click for another speedy scene relocation that ADHD kids thrive on. Mouse targeting controls or tab targeting or whatever they call it is terrible in the mechanics. I played it for an hour, and every three to five minutes I get spammed with the same info screen. "Tutorial Complete" and hurry onto the next one right now zip there and fight now and dodge now and listen to what the little yarn made witch doll says as she is flying around. Sorry. Yarn witch dolls that float around with anime graphical eyes and all cute and cuddly garbage isn't my cup of tea. I'm looking for adventure, exploration and a good area to hobnob around in, not a screen that whizzes by so fast that I can't take a moment to get a look at the view with the yarn witch doll bobbing about. I'm not a little kid with ADHD, who this is seemingly targeted at. I am happy this is free to play. I would have been pissed had I paid even 1 penny for it. Uninstalling, as I don't need Ritalin or any other ADHD medication to play this game with some measure of enjoyment. I don't mind fast paced combat, but everything was on fast forward, hurry hurry slash hurry hurry grapple hook and hurry don't take a breath or slow down as the NPCs will verbally egg you on non-stop. Yuck. I want to have fun, not do a speed run game. If I need a place that says "Faster, quicker, harder, faster" I'll go back to work as a production engineer and work the non-stop conveyor line that goes by so fast, the text and numbers are constantly blurred. I stopped during the first big Boss fight where the axe falls from the sky and spawns the giant fighter that roars and yaps at you constantly, like some murderous chat AI who can't shut his mouth while fighting. I'm not going back into such a stupid thing where cutscenes are needing a rapid press of the ESC key just to get to a point where I can stand still without being the center of all attention from three different complaining NPCs. And that yarn witch doll with the anime tears coming out of the anima X eyes because I stubbed my toe. No. Put cute yarn anime dolls in kids game. I'm a grown gamer. Next Please!
Libertied
Throne and Liberty is the great surprise I reallly really wasn't expecting. I completely disregarded this game for 2 years because of the F2P/P2W Korean aspect, until recently when I randomly saw some content on Youtube that got my attention. I realized that the game was of much better quality than I thought (visuals, gameplay, UI, world, etc), so I watched a bit more content about the state of the game and realized that the game might actually be good for me and since it's free to try I decided to jump in. The P2W issue is really a problem once you reach the very endgame in PvE or if you are here for the PvP. Fortunately for me, I don't care much for PvP and I never really commit to MMO endgames because I don't have thousands of hours to sink. And regarding the daily gated content, I think it's only an issue for huge no-life that want to play 8 hours a day. The leveling experience in the current state of the game is really good, it's even the best I have had in a MMO and I played a dozen in the last 20 years. There is lots of things to do without being to messy or becoming a chore and the content is very diverse. The rhythm is good. The quests are relatively interesting and even the side quests are well integrated. The world is really well built, beautiful and interesting. And the gameplay hit that perfect spot between tab target and action that makes it tactical enough without becoming too boring. The UI and menu is really the selling point for me. Usually games from Asian developers turn me off because of the awful UI and menus but TnL is doing an amazing job making the many systems not too daunting. The UI is clean and good looking and the menus make it easy to track your progress and decide what to do next. The voice acting is probably the weakest point when leveling. Not only many side characters have terrible VA that often don't match the character at all but VA sound often breaks. It's not a huge deal though. Visually The game is super impressive, many solo games wish they looked that good and run that smoothly, and for a MMO it is by far the best looking I have seen. And for a Korean game I love that they kept a "grounded" vibe. Overall the game offers at least a good 150 hours of great time for free or close to. The grind level and overall difficulty is good (as far as I went). The MMO community really are the most hypocritical, entitled, crybabies. They will whine about WoW all year long but dismiss anything that isn't the big 3 because they don't have 1.000 hours of free content. Of course I would have love for the game to have a better business model, maybe it would have changed this game from being "a good 100 hours" to "one of the best game of my life, one I would spend hundred of hours in", but it is what it is and the game is still extremely high quality.
