This is a slightly esoteric low poly FPS. A cat in a mirror sends you on a mysterious journey to save a world called Fred. If the developers had put a bit more effort into polish and gameplay, the story might be workable, but the optimisation is really bad here, resulting in unsatisfying gameplay. The low poly graphics are really ugly and a bit lazy. Sure, it's not easy to have brilliant graphics in a video game, but then this is Steam and the competition is high. Regardless, this is too clunky for me to recommend, although the premise was workable, the delivery is flat.
I really enjoyed this game, and what it is worth it is definately worth $4. It is short, simple, pretty straight forward, and has enjoyable characters. It is at best a decent game to play for a bit, which it does well, but it has a lot of flaws that you can definately see quickly in the game. At times this game gets extremely buggy and sometimes down right tedious. The animations of this game look pretty stiff at times, and the graphics in this game aren't the best. It sometimes looks dull and it doesn't have many effects to make it look better. The story in it self is pretty good. The combat is extremely basic and you only get one basic ability. In all honesty, this game isn't made for everyone, but if you like story based adventure RPG games that you don't mind playing for an hour or two with somewhat decent jokes then you will love this game. At best I give this game a 7/10

I have to start this review off by saying this: I absolutely love this game. If you have a few hours on hand, and you like Indie titles like this, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and purcahse this game. My time with it was spent primarilly in Let's Play format (I completed it in four episodes, and actually recorded the last two just before writing this review), but I love it to itty bitty little pieces. It's charming, it's actually pretty humorous, and it has the potential to become ever greater as the rest of the games in this series are released (DEVS, IF YOU'RE READING THIS, PLEASE WORK HARD ON THE NEXT CHAPTER). The combat is, at times, fairly straight-forward: attack your enemy until their health drops to zero, and block when you run out of energy to attack. You can use magic, but you only learn a singel spell, and it's close to the end of the game, but it's a fairly useful spell. The story is actually very interesting. Anything with unusual but colorful lore is something I can get into. The fact that the story, the characters, and the locations remind of the Abarat books makes this game so much more amazing to me. I did have a few glitches, but they were fairly tiny. One occured near the final battle of the game, where I got stuck on a large physics object. Another occurs if you try to talk to the Starblocks girl behind the counter. With that one, you hilariously float up over the counter, and the camera goes all sorts of nuts, but it's nothing major. But, honestly, this is a great game! If you've got a few hours to burn through, enjoy subtle/obvious references, and just flat out love Indie games, then I can happily say that your money would be well-spent by purchasing this game.
As of now I have played only part of the story, but already I can HIGHLY reccomend this game. It has it's flaws, but the game was released literally about 1 month ago, Defo reccomend, kinda funny, loved it, actually had the choice between this or COD:AW, chose this, Buy it.
The game is hot for 3,99 euros its offers a solid single player story with good dialog and characters! You should really try it out if you want to pass a few hours filled with joy! Watch me video on it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lREfhHUq-cQ
