The Walking Dead

This is, by far, one of the best games I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. There was not a single moment throughout the entire game where I thought: "This is boring" "Can we move on?" "I hate this part" None of that ever happened. There were no glitches or gameplay issues, the FPS was through the roof, the characters were amazing and memorable, the jumpscares were well placed, and the story... oh my god, the story. There was a quote from someone who did a review here (OP: HOMELANDER): "You know what I love about this game? The zombies barely matter. Sure, they’re everywhere. Walking corpses. Empty eyes. Hungry mouths. Civilization collapsing around them. Cute. But the real monsters? They still know how to talk." Those last two lines... they really capture what this story is about. Everything that happens requires a choice—a choice that can change the story. Those choices affect the characters, and those characters can, in turn, affect the gameplay. Meanwhile, the undead are always there in the background, reminding you of the world that has fallen. And that's what makes this game so incredible. The zombies aren't always the biggest threat. Sometimes, the most dangerous thing in the room is the other person in the room...
