This is the first downloadable entry in the Town of Nowhere series. This game was made with the intention of being playable and enjoyable regardless of if you know the back story of the larger surrealist horror series. Largely inspired by CGA DOS adventure games TTON:EotL is in full first person 3D.

About
In Texas there is an urban legend about a Ghost Train that runs on tracks long since decommissioned. For most this is a useless but fun trivia fact. For you it could be your ticket to the big time. As an aspiring content creator you focus on horror and creepy content. You hoped to just explore some of the abandoned train yards maybe fake a scare or two but when the train actually shows you hop on board to make the video that will finally set your career off.
Game play Includes:
Returning characters from the hit Youtube/Twitch series "The Town of Nowhere"
Puzzles that would stump the average youtuber
Talk to characters and solve their problems like a good game protag would do unquestioningly
Discover the different cars of the train and explore the mind bending reality of them
This is a 3d adventure game inspired by old text based games with a completely different game play style more in common with "walking simulators"
A fairly short experience that is meant to be enjoyed like a box of cherry cordials
This game is my attempt at being a turkish ice cream vendor with you as the hapless idiot trying to just get some ice cream. You'll get it once I'm done messing with you.

Getting some Elevator: Source or maybe Stanley Parable vibes from this one.
Very fun surreal little game! I loved all the creative sections that really play on your expections and take the time to do something unique and fun. A good game if you want something quick and lighthearted to play. :)
TToN: EotL answers the question, "What if SOUP, but train?" The aesthetic feels true to the previous TToN iterations. Gameplay however is unlike the previous TToN iterations, as the sandbox style is now much more... On rails. Finally, I took a few notes while playing to maybe help prospective buyers and the dev. •The Town of Nowhere :) •Got flirty :) •White text on black background is bad for my astigmatism :( •4k but no 2k screen resolution :( (really doesn't matter) •My black bile is out of alignment HELP? •PARKOUR! :) •Fish :) •No smooches? :(
For what seems to be a one-man project and not knowing anything about the stream/YouTube series, it was enjoyable, though I am familiar with Rev's stream, having watched him on and off beforehand and witnessing a little bit of the literal development of the game. Initially, it can come off as a bit amateurish, and the dialogue felt a little rough around the edges, finding myself re-reading certain sentences due to missing commas and multiple cases of "definitely" being misspelled. However, as you spend more time with the game and start collecting all of the paintings, you slowly begin to notice the underlying nuance and subtle hints of depth hidden beneath that unpolished surface. It turns out to be a genuinely charming, surreal puzzle box that rewards your curiosity.
The "first proper" outing of Revscarecrow and the third entry of his "The Town of Nowhere" series. It is a mechanically simple game that could best be described as a relaxed tour through a ghost train, of which the cars defy the laws of reality and yet follow a cohesive logic. A playthrough takes about an hour and invites the player to give a variety of options a try. While the unique aesthetics of the game suggest a trip into the familiar world of indie horror, the writing and design is more on the weird and funny side. If you can stomach a few typos and need a trip into the weird and maybe want to dive into and discover the world that Rev is building here, I really recommend you to give this game a try. If this is his first proper game, there is a lot of improvement to witness in the future. This is a solid first game and I would love to see more from this series.
Fun quick little game that had an array of fun gags / characters. There was a conversation that I'll be thinking about for a while, regarding our places in life and how being "a somebody" doesn't need to be the end-goal. Made me feel good.
