Cheapskate ass game that breaks itself if you look at it wrong I swear to god, I start it up never learning that it isn't going to be fun cuz it's bones and am always proven right that it sucks still. This poor old horse has 3 broken legs stop forcing it to race just make a new Sims omg. Over 1k dollars worth of game addons that used to be/should be base game btw.
Got tired of the gamebreaking bugs with nearly every update, even without mods, that go unfixed to this day. (I played religiously through Origin instead of Steam, hence my low hours on record.) EA continues pumping out DLC while a lot of the game and "expansions" go unfixed or unfinished. Many things that should've been included either in the base game or with other packs, get split into standalone packs for a quick money grab. My overall biggest gripe however, is the fact that I paid $64.00 for this game when it was first released, only for EA to make it free a whole 8 years later. I'm done with having to look up fixes for the game each and every time there's a patch update. I'm glad that we finally have competing options in the life-sim genre and hope to see more with time.

Everything costs money. I'm sure you know it by now but Paralives is out and all simmers who are tired of EAs greed is moving over. They may still be in early access/ development right now but I'm switching over. I rather wait and stick with an indie team that cares about their communities feedback then stay with a company that has the resources to push out more and at a quicker pace but chooses to implement a paywall for every single thing. I wish I could get refunds on my packs.

I don't want to support a money hungry business. Game still has allot of issues even though you have had a very long time to fix it.
0/10 pour moi🆘🆘🆘💩👎👎👎👎
i can no longer support this game. The bugs have gotten so bad i have yet to play it in a year. I almost perma lost my game save from the bugs. It sucks cuz i like the game (as you can see by the hours i have invested).
I love love love this game, but "Would I recommend this game to other players?" 😭 Realistically, in 2026+, n-no... 🥹✌️

I'm not even able to play this game since months. I tried everything but i only get a black screen after starting it. No matter how many times y'all fix things, you just make it worse. Oh and also apparently they added ads now in a game you put hundreds of $ or € in, just A W E S O M E. EA is digging its own grave.
