The Reject Demon: Toko Chapter 0 — Prelude Kinetic VN. 3 hours long (for a really slow reader like me). And that's it. Keyword = Prelude. Story concept is nice and characters are interesting. Main character had a potential but ended up as typical VN idiot. Everything somehow related to MC development seems unisnpired. I can guess that they wanted to put more effort in creating her story in next episodes, but... it seems that developers abandoned Toko. Sad. Visual side is nice. Same with soundtrack. There is some light fanservice but no straight up p0rn. Also no adult patch. If you are ok with story that ends when things are starting to get interesting - you can give it a try. Negative score is caused only by the fact that there will be no other chapters. But let me know if next part will be released. I'll be more than happy to change my review.

I wanted to try this game because I'm playing the bass myself. The story could have been used better. WAY better. I got bored really quick. It's boring, there is absolutely NO choice to make, the 'explanations' on how the demon world works suck... and the look of the characters is pretty ugly to me (it's not really bad drawing but exept for Toko herself and Ginxhou the other characters have nothing special (Nadia just looks horrible...). It goes to fast between the main characters and looks like a very cliché VN. And about the music... Well most of the time it's metal or sort of jazz/blues modern... really way from rock'n'roll right ? So... not for me, sorry. If you try it, hope you'll enjoy though !

[h1]Hard Rock Hallelujah![/h1] Начало истории про девочку-демона, которая безалаберно относилась к своим обязанностям проводника душ и была выперта из ада с лишением соцпакета и последующего превращения в человека со всеми сопутствующими тягостями (типа необходимости есть, пить и т.д.). Теперь ей придется становиться сильнее и бороться с врагами с помощью волшебной бас-гитары и силы рок-н-ролла. Новелла кинетическая; выборов нет. А такие проекты я за игры и не считаю. Текста много и, если честно, он не самый увлекательный и впечатляющий - особенно в сравнении с аналогичными проектами в Стиме, которые можно попробовать бесплатно. Арт своеобразный, но... На этом все, в общем-то. Как итог: не могу порекомендовать особо-то никому. Может, ценители этого дела и найдут тут что-то для себя, но за те же деньги можно взять [strike]этого дела два литра[/strike] что-то поинтереснее.

The Reject Demon: Toko Chapter 0 — Prelude (or The Reject Demon Toko Remix as it's called in-game)... + Good art + Sometimes excellent music + Story setup and characters are interesting + More than one body type! ~ nearly two hours to finish, not too bad for $5 ~ no choices, just story - up to you decide if that's a neg - Release Date May 9th 2015, with 4 chapters promised in the description. Yup, it's dead. - Story's kind of just a tease when you know it's dead I wouldn't spend any more than a dollar on this decent story teaser, even if the art and music are good, since this is all there is. Still, I enjoyed my time with it well-enough... and I'm not sure if I got it in a bundle or something but I already owned it, and if you already own it I'd recommend reading it, so giving it the ever-so-slight nod to Yes for that.
