The Netcode Conflict is a community-event-driven online multiplayer game. Our goal is to develop and improve the game together with the community. We host regular events where players can win in-game rewards. TNC is still actively in development, and your ideas and feedback help shape its future!
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. Copies below reflect the player base, not paid sales.

When you first open the game you're hit by a message that says they work on this on their spare time apart from their actual lives. So don't be surprised when you load in and it's not what you expect or doesn't seem well polished. With that being said, it could use a little more time to develop. But if it's obviously a passion project more than anything, at least it's free to play which is a positive. Over time, it looks like one of those games that could be better 6 months to a year from now. I'm not going to give this a negative rating, mainly because of the fact that it's obviously not something they are fully committing their lives to (which again, is okay). I have seen way worse games that aren't even F2P.
I don't want to be mean, and I understand this is a passion project. But this is barely a skeleton of a game. Basic loop is drop in, loot, die to the only other player playing then leave.

It needs A LOT of work. Primarily on the performance/optimization side of things. World and sounds are great! I like the idea!
hello! i do wish people would stop leaving negative reviews for a passion project here are some things id like added to the game -Quests -Add a Health Bar -give Increased Health (player dies to fast) -Add a stamina bar -small mini-map -Change Main Menu Font (Hard To Read) -Add male or female option -Give Characters voices -make doors interactable -enemys should give xp -enemys should have health bars -add Player XP bars -Give skill points per level add skill tree -npcs (for weapons/quests/cosmetics etc....) -let us customize Character (skin color eye color hair color etc..) -give us a guide/assistant to give us information about our mission or tell us what to do (like Ordis from Warframe) -give better spawn point holding F1 isnt working well just make it press F1 not hold also change spawn points so i dont insta die on the objective -allow us to be able to double jump instead of dash forward or add both so that movement feels better bc if ur grappling gaining more height makes movement better instead of dashing into buildings you can jump higher and dash forward at the same time - i also feel like the red dot sight is a little off when i aim with it the bullets are too the left a little so i waste a lot of ammo would be nice if the crafting limit was increased from 50 to 150 for bullets 50 seems far to little for an assault rifle and smgs
Very nice, not that well optimized, what is there works fine. Looks great and is FREE. II am not able to kill any drones, maybe it is just me. The reticle when not shooting for aiming grapple hook and pointing at crates is almost invisible ! Keep up the good work Patrick Siebarth.
I know it's early access, but for the controls menu to not let me see my keyboard layout and the tutorial to be as lousy as it is does not bode well for the future of this project. I had to hit keys randomly to find my inventory but I was still lost as to how to consume an energy thingy to keep from dying and the talking robot didn't talk me through any of it. A tutorial is meant to teach those with no idea how to do anything in the game. This seems to be operating from an assumption of a base level of knowledge. Bad idea.

Short play time, but it was enough for an impression: pro: *in early stages looks pretty good. room to improve but solid base * controls and combat responsive, even hosted on a server *hosted on a server, open world survival like Day Z *multiple items and creative methods to survive Cons: *still work to be done with graphics (certain buildings/structures placed like an amateur base builder) (structures sticking out of ground) *inventory non-functional (should be a priority). No way to change weapons equipped, current items not shown *Quests, I'm sure they're coming, but letting folks get slaughtered in a "beta" test is a tough selling point, without benefits from a storyline/adventure motivator. Overall, worth it. It's free, and a passion project that is coming along. My review is meant for observation not criticism. Camping players, enjoy your beta fun
