Kinda sad Visuals are nice, music is great, gameplay is okayish. I did not feel in control of the light at some points during the session. After roughly 10 minutes the game closed on me for no apparent reason. Since I could not pick up at a saved spot and had to start from the beginning, I uninstalled.
Sickkkkkk
Barely recommended, could be so much more. First off, the music is really good if you're into metal. The graphics are fantastic and fit with the music. There were a few points that nearly ruined the experience though. I used a controller and it was way too loose with the camera. Optimization was not good either with some lag spikes and high CPU usage. The game play is limited to moving around collecting orbs, so don't expect too much there. In the end, give it a try if you enjoy metal and exploration games.

First and foremost, this may not be suitable for someone with an eye condition, especially as both of mine began to ache after only one playthrough. The Long Road North allows the player to float as an illuminated orb through a ravaged environment. Other, smaller orbs guide your path as you find yourself in a music video. There were several moments that conveyed a sense of urgency, which the music picked up on nicely. The 10 to 20 minutes are most definitely well spent. A brief yet thrilling adventure.
