A bit buggy (falling off map without dying, occasional bad clipping) but not terrible. Generic blocky no-texture environment (with some cut & paste terrain). Fairly standard, easy puzzles. Platforming is really just jumping onto 3-4 rocks in a row. Nothing of significance to explore (and exploration sometimes requires dying). Very short. Typical Unity fare. Worth ~$2 IMHO.
es un juego chill, corto que te jugas en una tarde en un par de horas, con una historia tierna y puzzles no complejos, el juego m sorprendió para bien, recomendado!

The Long Return is an adorable puzzle game with lovely music. I wish you could go back & finish collecting the achievements. It is a short game but if you can snag it on sale it's a nice little afternoon brain teaser.
A quite short but cute little romp as a lion cub. This is a good pick up if you just want a pleasant experience and like games where you get to play as animals.
All about what it is and what it stands for
The best comparison I can pull up are the older Lego Adventure Game, like Lego Star Wars or Indiana Jones. While the first levels are liniar the game later on has more riddle placed in one level and they can be done at any time. The puzzles and riddles are nicely balanced and dont feel to hard and its pretty clear on what to do. The controls are a bit wanky. Moving camera and player into different directions feels weird and some jumps feel off. However its a minor annoyance at most. For what it is its a short game centered arround a journey where obstacles are represented with puzzles. The only let down has been the story and immersive vision of the game. The story is irrelevant. Outside of some cutscenes there is pretty much nothing to emphathize to. The little cub feels life less and the few animations like getting up after a riddle take ages. The whole plot itself is minimalistic and if its not been for the final at the end I would called the game out for having none. What makes this "worse" is that the music, as good as it is, does not fit. Music is used to transform a emotion or give direction of what to feel. For the game however the music feels like randomly placed into a loop for each level. It rarely fits. Its supposed to be a sad game, you are looking for your missing mother and all the while there a some happy and relaxing tunes playing in the background. It didnt catched me. For the bunch above the game is average. A nice experience on a cold sunday with a good cup of tee, cofee or chocolate. Just then to be forgotten as live progress. There is no remarkable about the game. Except for one thing. The person behind it. This game appears to be the first title by a lone indi developer made aside from familiy and work. I did a little research and there wasnt much I found out about the dev and what he did prior or afterwards. But I know that he should be proud of accompleshing such a great game for his first time. I have some experience with game development and I know how hard it is to pull something like this out of a hat alone. There is so much time and work needed to achieve a beautiful game like this. Its by no means perfect judged in comperison to many game, if you judge it for the standards of the first ever game created by someone the result is remarkable. So whenever considering playing this game remeber what it is and what it stands for. It might be a nice little sidetrack adventure on a cozy sunday. For some however it means the world. I hope there are some other games in work from the dev. He has potential to do great.
Jumping is broken, which make this a pain in the butt. It's also kind boring at the start, maybe it gets better later but I don't have the patience to find out.
Nice little puzzle game by an indie dev. Nicely atmospheric and kudos to the musician for the soundtrack with it. Can be challenging for some, depending on how good you are at various puzzles :) Absolutely recommend for some nice downtime and a brain teaser.
One Of The Games Of All Time
I like the aesthetic, but this game is extremely short.
