About
The Lazarus Game is a hardcore indie horror game where you must survive for as many days as possible by using whatever is at your disposal. The game is intentionally unguided, leaving it up to the player to gradually discover through each run the different actions, possibilities, and items available to them, allowing them to create their own strategy.

No… you’re not here to play. We’re here to play with you.
You awaken alone, with nothing, in the center of a dismal circular arena.
Above you, silhouettes watch — the elite.
You are their entertainment.
Amuse them… and they might throw you a few coins.
But don’t be fooled — you’re not alone.
The arena slowly fills with zombies.
Keep them out… or eliminate them.
The more there are, the harder survival becomes.
Every mistake brings you closer to death.
Collect as much money as possible to survive longer.
Use your earnings to:
Buy items
Upgrade your abilities
Optimize your strategy
Everything is managed through the terminal.
Stay alert.
VIPs may offer you special challenges…
High risk, high reward.

Reviews
Interesting game so far it is enjoyable but I have only played a little bit. My only complaint is the time to get a run started. Runs great on the Steam Deck on ultra does run a little hot as well.
[i]
Squidgame of the Living Dead.
I had to check it out after seeing some of the lighting on the zombies, in one of the screenshots. They're pretty good zombie models. Like the previous review says, it's kind of interesting, kind of like the 'Nacht der toten' level from the original 'Call of Duty' zombie levels, but instead of the 'Magic Crate'... "Your Sponsors", applauding and betting above you, if you look carefully, will throw you coins, that you can pick up and enter into machines for weapons and stuff. You might want to remap your keys, as they're kind of different to what you might be used to, and also there was no 'diagonal' movement, but I was using the keyboard so it might work with a controller. It didn't really matter though, as you have to kind of sprint and stop, and keep from getting too tired, so that you have enough energy to attack. Haven't played enough, but it is definitely interesting :)
