An amazing game with amazing vibes. Highly recommend it for the experience and unique atmosphere it develops, with the old school, soviet-inspired analog technology. Few games come off as delightful while also making you think about how dangerous the universe can potentially be beyond our little blue world.

[h1] This is the one of the best unique scifi game [/h1] I have played in a while and Story and pacing is pretty good I wish it had more content. However, considering I got for a good price I can't complain and I found out that the novel expands more on the story and novel called " The invincible " same as the game title and also another thing is that it is written by same author as solaris. another great scifi novel. Which I found it very impressive. Overall a very good game and If anyone interested in scifi. It is a must try if possible.

Great game, great story, great gameplay. I loved this so much I even bought the book and enjoyed both even more. I still have more endings to get in a different playthrough. Would recommend this game to fans of Road 96, Firewatch, etc...

Interesting story but very slow paced, after a while it feels repetitive and the landscape feels mostly the same.

The Invincible turned out to be a surprisingly engaging experience, and I genuinely enjoyed its slow‑burn, atmospheric storytelling. The narrative is thoughtful, mature, and stays true to Lem’s philosophical tone while still feeling fresh. The world design and retro‑futuristic aesthetic pull you in, making exploration feel tense and meaningful. Despite its calm pacing, the story delivers enough emotional weight and mystery to keep you invested until the end.

A walking simulator similar to Firewatch. Although two completely different games, I was kind of reminded of Lifeless Planet (you decide if that's good or bad). The gameplay is simple: Run around and click on stuff. Investigate and uncover story. That's really it. It's a walking simulator to its very core. You probably already know if you like the genre or not. Don't like walking simulator? Don't play this. The story is well written, good voice over and I got invested in the story. You wake up on a foreign planet and have no recollection of how you got there. You quickly establish radio communication with your commander (still in orbit) and you start to investigate what happened. For those of you who haven't played Firewatch: The entire story is told through radio communication with someone you'll never meet and it's amazing how devs can immerse you so heavily this way. However, the story is kind of meh. It didn't really make sense to me and after I completed the game, it all felt very unstisfying. The game is horribly optimized. I'm surprised it's roughly 40 GB when it feels like everything looks the same. Your computer will occassionally sound like a jet engine. I played this game on my main PC and on my Linux handheld (slightly more powerful than a Steam Deck). On my handheld, I even came across an area that was unplayable for me (instant crash 100% of the time - I literally couldn't complete it). I tried changing graphics settings and eventually I gave up. I'm HIGHLY sceptical that this is playable on a Steam Deck. If you ONLY have a Steam Deck, don't buy this as you'll probably get stuck and won't be able to complete the game. Summarize: A worse version of Firewatch in space. It is worth your time if you want to scratch your Firewatch itch. Haven't played Firewatch? Play it instead.
