A brilliant interactive story. The aesthetics of this world are unique, specific, and joy to experience. Each choice feels significant because it is, with 11 different endings, this story feels personal. Best enjoyed like an interactive book or film.

Ein netter Walking Simulator. Wie andere geschrieben haben, hat die Geschichte viel Potential, das nicht genutzt wird. Wegen einem Bug musste ich einmal neu starten, habe aber nicht viel verloren und es gibt ständig Texturen, die wie Blöcke aussehen (ein Bug). Ansonsten sehr atmosphärisch. Hat auf jeden Fall Lust auf das Buch gemacht.

Gra jest prequelem, a zarazem adaptacją powieści Stanisława Lema o tym samym tytule. Warto ją przeczytać przed zagraniem, chociaż znajomość książki nie jest konieczna - gra rozwija oryginalną historię i porusza podobne tematy, ale w nieco przystępniejszy sposób. Gatunkowo jest to symulator chodzenia, urozmaicony możliwością przemieszczania się łazikiem. W trakcie rozgrywki podejmujemy wybory, które wpływają na przebieg dialogów, a w ważniejszych momentach również na przebieg fabuły. Gra ma kilka zakończeń, a na to, które z nich zobaczymy, wpływają decyzje podjęte w ostatnich minutach rozgrywki. Retrofuturystyczny klimat lat 60. oraz przekaz książki zostały oddane bardzo wiernie. Widoki na planecie Regis III potrafią być naprawdę ładne, a przez całą grę towarzyszy nam atmosfera tajemnicy i niepokoju, którą dodatkowo podkreśla świetna muzyka. Historia jest dobrze napisana i, podobnie jak książka, prowokuje do myślenia. Ukończenie gry zajmuje około 8,5 godziny, ale chcąc dokładniej eksplorować świat gry lub poznać inne zakończenia, można spędzić w niej więcej czasu. W grze nie ma polskiego dubbingu (są napisy), ale angielska wersja językowa jest bardzo dobra.

Fun story with great voice acting. Simple gameplay but it keeps you engaged. Completed on steam deck had some lags during middle parts, but other than that it played fine.

Gra spoko. Fajne jest to, że jest dużo zakończeń czego normalnie nie ma w grach. minusem jest krótka rozgrywka ale i tak gra jest dobra. Ocena: 9/10

What a great game. The atmosphere, story and voice acting is just great. If you enjoy getting lost in an interactive story game on an alien planet or just a good looking walking simulator with great voice acting, this is the game to get. The Invincible is the prequel to the book with the same name and a great work of hard sci-fi. While it is mostly a walking simulator with a bit of exploration, there are also some very significant choices that you can make during the course of the journey. They will greatly impact the story but also change your perception of your in-game character or even yourself. The game features great graphics and world design all around, complimented by good sound design and an eerie soundtrack. Voice acting is just flawless and the story will keep you engaged even after the game is over. The only downsides are some subpar face models, mediocre animations and a weird skip function (just some kind of fast forward instead of an actual skip). Also, this is not a game for people that need a lot of hand-holding or a bit of action. It's a deeply philosophical journey about the foundation of space exploration. This is eight hours that you won't regret and certainly won't forget. This is the pinnacle of immersion.
