The Indifferent Wonder of an Edible Place is a story about a building eater consuming a tower in a town condemned to be removed from history. It ponders the violence of erasure and the profound grief of surviving at the edge of despotism, when places of entangled heritage are willfully effaced.

Not really a game so much as a meditation on memory, grief, family, history, and the erasure of all of these things by the endless march of "progress". A tragedy with very simple game mechanics. Beautiful. All too brief.
I wouldn't call this a video game but a work of art. It's based around a poem which paints an interesting story. There's not much to do so it a quick fun game to play.
Three things I enjoy: * Artfully crafted indie video games. * Thought-provoking narrative in elegant, free verse poetry. * The sound of someone else chewing.

Beautiful story. 10/10
amazing story
A short experience that details the horrors of a world where hunger has beaten morality and has driven people into destroying its history under the guise of progress. Although people don't seem to take the jobs for this reason, they contribute to a cultural genocide where the memories or thoughts of a future die with each piece of a building taken. Such a beautiful and tragic tale narrated with excellent writing albeit a few typos here and there. It cost me nothing but the perspective it gave me in a short time was heartbreaking and made me think of a whole world I am not witness of because of my privilege, these things are happening elsewhere, where my eyes do not want to see the shadows cast in the room of our world.
short but a devastating piece of poetry
Worth it. Probably the most profound fifteen minutes of my life. And I keep coming back.
The visuals are beautiful and it's a nice little short story.
