The Great Wobo Escape: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We must be desperate for resources lately. We have created an automated mining factory in space for goodness sake, where cute, little white robots are mining. How do we know they are mining the right stuff for us? No-one knows really. All we‘ve been told is that there are big, red robots with zapping devices that supervise the colony. What do we call them? Oh yes, the watchers. Well, everything was peachy until one of these robots, named Wobo, decided to make a run for freedom. The Great Wobo Escape is a side-scrolling adventure game combined with a touch of stealth where you control a white robot named Wobo. The game offers eight stages and three levels: Normal (where you can save your progress by using scanners along the way), Hardcore (you can’t save your progress at all; if you die, you’ll spawn back to the start of the stage), and Time trial (in this mode of difficulty, you must finish the stage by a specific time). The first stage is really a tutorial and will show you how to control Wobo either by using your keyboard or gamepad. One of the aspects I really like about this game is that anyone of any age can play it due to the fact that there is no violence at all. It is simple and fun to play. Nonetheless, you need to be careful not to be caught by these big, red robots with electric shock guns. If you are caught, Wobo will be zapped into pieces. As you progress through the game, you will notice faint images of Wobo in between structures here and there. There are locations where your robot can hide and avoid these nasty red robots. You also have obstacles to worry about, such as pressure smoke coming out of pipes, damaged electric cables, moving platforms and more. There are levers and terminals to activate which can open doors to new areas as well as cutting off the electricity and pressure in pipes, which will resolve the issue with the pressure smoke. You also have to free other woblings (small robots) within each of the stages and you’ll be rewarded with extra points at the end of each level. You also have puzzles or mini games to complete; they are pretty obvious and give this game a bit more to its overall content. Graphically, the game looks very good and runs well. In terms of the controls they are responsive, whether you’re using the keyboard or the gamepad. It terms of the length of the game, you’ll be finishing your first walkthrough in about two and a half hours on the normal difficulty. There is a bit of re-playability with the hardcore and time trial modes. Но разработчик gamifi.cc games решил что ему это под силу и выпустил проект The Great Wobo Escape, который по их заверениям подходит для приятного времяпровождения для всей семьи. [/url][/code] Игра повествует нам о приключениях высокотехнологичного робота Wobo, который пытается сбежать с шахтерской колонии, полностью контролируемой роботами. Что удивительно для игры такого класса, сюжет тут хоть и довольно прост, но тем не менее не плох. Разработчик позиционирует игру как развлечения для семейного отдыха включительно с самыми маленькими. Действительно, в игре нету жестокий сцен насилия. Враги хоть и выглядят устрашающе,но на деле это довольно забавные мусорные баки исполненные в стиле дизельпанк. Сам геймплей довольно прост. У Wobo нет вооружения и все что он может так это бегать, прыгать, пригибаться, жмякать кнопки и прятаться в тени. Наша задача провести его от одного края карты до другого, попутно решать нехитрые головоломки, прятаться от патрулирующих роботов и спасать небольших роботов, которые чем то напоминают Wall-e из одноименного мультика. Игра довольно короткая. Доступно всего 8 уровней, которые проходятся за парочку часов. Есть несколько уровней сложности, но в принципе даже на хардкоре игра довольно простая. Движком игры выступает доступный для инди разработчиков Unity. Графика довольно приятная, но не более того. Как по мне не хватает выразительности, детализации, текстур более высокой четкости.Хотя если учесть цену продукта, то в принципе, это можно простить. [h1] Поздравляю, вы совершили великий побег! [/h1] В общем, подводя итог, можно сказать что перед нами довольно приятная игра.. Да, есть претензии к графике, продолжительности игры и её реиграбельности, но потом вспоминаешь её ценник и все становится на свои места.

Your goal is to escape the station, as Wobo soon learns that staying will result in his destruction. The story is light, but there are 2 cut scenes that try to explain why Wobo and the station exists. Movement is left and right on the controller or keyboard, with a jump, an interact button and a sneak. Game mechanics are clearly explained by billboards when something new is encountered. It is not an overly technical game though, which lends it towards a younger gamer or someone who has no (or very little) experience with side scrolling or platform gaming. The game involves no overt violence, when Wobo is captured or falls from a height, his arms, legs and head pop off and the game reloads from the last save point. This is another thing that I feel makes it a good game for a younger gamer, there was nothing in the game that would make me not want to let my own children have a turn. There are 3 difficulty levels, an Easy level when you can use the MANY save points littered throughout a stage. A Hardcore setting that puts you back to the start of a stage if you die and a Time Attack mode where you can try to beat a defined counter per stage. All stages have the optional mission of saving other robots - "Woblings" - which provide a points bonus to your score. Game length will vary depending on your own abilities, but on the hardcore mode it took me about 2 hours to complete the 8 stages. The price is about right with the current discount and am happy to recommend it, I feel a younger gamer will get a lot of value from this title.

I love it! Very fun and puzzly. Nice graphics and lighting. WOBO IS CUTE Save the Woblings <3 Speedrunners eat your hearts out. Achievements for speeding through levels in under par time.

조작감은 좀 아쉽다. 플레이타임이 가격만하다. 내가 이렇게 컨트롤 못했나? 그래도 호불호가 갈리겠지만 정말 재미있는 게임입니다.
