Man, this game is so good. The combat is sleek, buttery smooth and really satisfying. It's better and harder than Sekiro, while being fair. Kudos to the devs!
VERY GOOD GAME
Haven't had this much fun getting my teeth kicked in over and over and mastering the bosses bit by bit for a while. The combat overall feels great and with parries it somewhat feels like you´re actually trading blows with your opponent when staggering them out of their combo to get out a combo or a few attacks yourself and breaking their posture to land a finishing blow. The world sometimes feels a bit too linear but the shortcuts feel well placed to me. Also the runback to bosses after getting stomped feels reasonable as well. No I have to get through X amount of enemies again just for a retry on the boss. The "bonfire" is commonly placed near the boss door. Weapon variety is low with only three types (dual wield, spear, greatsword) but every weapon type has its own skill tree which fleshes out the combat as you go on and invest in you're preferred weapon type. I loved the greatsword, the heavy playstyle with parries, reflections and block/perfect blocking. Dual wield I havent tried much and spear is due to range and quick attacks/easy posture breaking more of an easy mode. Played on expert (which is the intended difficulty as how I understand it). Bosses feel very tanky, very fast and can kill you in seconds but thats okay once you master combat. Once you get the "rhythm" of a boss fight it really feels like a dance. It's sad to know that there probably never will be a sequel or DLC.
игра прекрасная, но чуть хуже вуконга
Very good game one of the best soulslike games. 10/10 Combat good story
The best soulslike for sure Combos are extremely fun Combat includes parrying, dodging and mikiri counters (iykyk), super fun and satisfying Maps feel unique and fun to explore Bosses are unique and have cool movesets Graphics and sound design 10/10 - performance 11/10. Being able to build your own weapons, armor sets and transmog them is amazing The game isn't too overwhelming compared to the Nioh series. There are gauntlets/boss rush modes/crucibles for extra challenges after you're done with the main story. Achievements feel fair and doable, they respect your time, although I wish there were more challenging ones. NG+ difficulty should've been the default difficulty, game's a bit on the easier side imo The game is hella cozy btw, I recommend playing this during winter or when you're sick

One of my favorite new souls like to come out last year and glad to have the game again on my PC. The combat is a ton of fun and each of the three different weapons types each feel unique and fun to use. The story is really good in my own opinion some dont like it but I do enjoy it though.
