This is a fun game, and honestly hard to believe its free!
Absolutely great. There are growing pains, like some balancing choices and a difficult to manage high level community. Nonetheless, this game is completely unique and is a blast to play with friends.
In the small peroid I've played the matchmaking is very terrible. As a newbie you're placed with the highest ranked players, and expected to compete? This is a fun game, the cosmetics, the destruction, love it all. The matchmaking is the ONLY thing that's setting me off. It's not fun when you're trying to enjoy the gameplay and are being absolutely destroyed by people who live and breathe this game.
This game is a super fun and fresh take on the classic arena shooter. The fully destructible environment is addicting and does what the devs intended, which is make every game unique and keep the gameplay loop from feeling repetetive. With that said, there are some pretty significant weapon balancing issues for certain modes, specifically power shift.
One of the most innovative FPS's to release in over a decade. I applaud the developers for bringing something "new" to the table. Its very very fun, but not for the faint of heart. Its fast and even after 100's of hours the combat has an "unexpected" quality that remains.
