this game is criminally underrated and underappreciated.

This games vibe and idea is so good, its just the balancing that absolutely ruins it Every time i go into a lobby its just the same type of people who use the light class and dash ability I understand its part of the game and that i should be ready for it, but either way it still makes the game stale and now every match just feels the same its now two games by embark that can be amazing but are just ruined by the balancing
been playing since season 1 and have been completing every battle pass since season 3. I am terrible at gunplay so I have been mostly been playing bot mode and had a ton of fun. Unfortunately, Embark AI decided that I cheated? In bot mode? And hit me with a permanent ban today. From what I have been seeing, the appeal process is just an AI chatbot. Really feel like a waste of time to be honest. I had fun getting skins in the game but they could just all take it all away. I guess I'll just return to non-live service game I guess. At least I get to own what I like.
If you want to play a game filled to the brim with cheaters and smurfs completely unregulated by the devs, permanent nerfs and buffs so you can never get truly comfortable playing one way, servers are abysmal since i started playing a year ago and absolutely nothing is being done. Free to play sure but all the underlying issues are truly ruining the game, which really is a shame because this could be an awesome game if the devs acually cared about it. Ban wave of cheaters? All back the next day with fresh accounts to ruin your experience because the anti cheat is worthless.
This game is the genuine worst game ever made. i expected to have fun playing this 'game', if you could even call it that. I'd genuinely rather pass a kidney stone than play this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ever again. i decided, a shotgun would be a good weapon on a close quarters map. but for some reason, i had angered the gods of the finals. i load into the map, seeing that the animations and models, are very well made. but i decide to use it. Point blank, TO THE HEAD, of a LIGHT, it does 1/3 of the health. worst game i have EVER played, and i have played some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. -99/10. i know this game is free, but i want my money back.
Bad game Embark. BAD GAME! Sit. SIT GAME! siiiiiiiittt. Yes. Good game. Now, play dead....... I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wish *middle finger emoji*
For a new player, the game is simply brilliant, but… For someone who’s already clocked up well over a hundred hours, there are three main issues: 1) There’s absolutely no link between your skill level and matchmaking. It’s hard to play this game badly, or even just averagely. Especially in ranked mode. 2) The outsourced Indian support team don’t understand how game balance works. In the context of the latest melee weapon rework, this is glaringly obvious even to a blind person. 3) Smurfing – the developers couldn’t care less about it. I’M SO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FED UP WITH THESE POINTS IN MM – WHY THE ♥♥♥♥ AM I PLAYING AGAINST DIAMONDS+RUBY AT ANY RANK, GETTING 500 FOR A WIN AND -1500 FOR A LOSS?
8 level 20s vs 8 ruby players is all point break is and guess what team you will be on? But hey those cosmetics are always on point. GG embark
Worst ranking system ever in all competitive games I ve ever played. I was a gold ranking player, and get to constantly match up against ruby players (Top 500 players in the world). Player base is lowering everyday and well deserved.
