I like this game a lot just to be clear, but I would not recommend it due to a lack of accessibility options despite it being a bullet hell. The base option for bullet visibility is so minor that I had to look up what change it even made. There's too much visual clutter you can't turn off such as screenshakes, particle effects, blood and gore, screen flashes and no way to add a colored outline to enemies, players or bullets to alleviate it. Sound and music can only be changed by set notches rather than the typical and more flexible 0% to 100% slider. This results in sound effects being too loud or music being too quiet unless I manually change my pc volume which can affect discord vcs. It's a pain in the neck. Mods can help solve a lot of these issues but my point is that this game with the dlcs is priced much higher than most other indies. There's no excuse for it to be this barebones and lazy with its options when other games go the extra mile with customization.
