About
Nine years ago, the celebrated neurologist Dr. Alistair Blackwood vanished from his own institution, the Blackwood Sanatorium. At the same time, the last of his young patients in a "revolutionary" pediatric neurology program were quietly discharged. The police investigation went cold. The building was left to decay. But the locals say the crying never stopped. Hired by an anonymous client, your task is to enter the sanatorium, find the doctor's research, and close the case for good.
This is not a firefight; it is a desperate search for the truth. You will need to explore the sanatorium's decaying halls, from the neglected patient wards to the doctor's hidden experiment rooms. The story is told through the environment itself—scour every document, listen to every corrupted audio log, and piece together the chilling journal entries of those who knew something was terribly wrong. Every clue brings you closer to the truth, but also deeper into the madness that consumed this place.
You are not alone in the sanatorium. The echoes of the past are very much alive, and they do not want their secrets uncovered. A vengeful, tormented presence stalks the corridors, and you are trespassing on her pain. With no way to fight back, your only options are to hide, run, and control your own rising panic. A dynamic breathing system means that managing your fear is as critical as managing your flashlight's batteries. If you let the terror take hold, you will be lost to the darkness forever.
Uncover the method to Dr. Blackwood's madness, find the items for his twisted scientific ritual, and bring peace to a soul who has only known pain. Or become just another forgotten file in a cold case.
Intense Psychological Horror: Explore a dense, atmospheric world where the threat is relentless and your own sanity is your greatest enemy.
Story-Rich Investigation: Unravel a mature and complex narrative by discovering case files, personal journals, and chilling audio logs from the sanatorium's final days.
Dynamic Panic System: Terror is more than a jump scare. When fear takes over, you must actively control your character's breathing to stay calm and avoid succumbing to the horror.
Stealth and Evasion Gameplay: You are not a fighter. Hide in lockers, under beds, and use the environment to your advantage to evade the vengeful spirit that hunts you.
Engaging Puzzles: Solve environmental and logic puzzles to unlock new areas, power up the facility, and uncover the final, terrible secrets of Dr. Blackwood's research.
This game contains intense psychological horror, jump scares, and mature themes including depictions of mental illness, child endangerment, and unethical medical experiments which some players may find deeply disturbing. Player discretion is advised.

Reviews
I played this when it first dropped and yeah, it had issues. Bugs, rough edges, stuff that clearly needed some work. Not gonna pretend it was perfect on day one. But here’s the part that matters: the devs didn’t ghost the game. They kept pushing updates, fixing bugs, improving performance, and actually listening to feedback. The experience now is noticeably better than the initial release, and you can tell real effort went into polishing it instead of abandoning it. It’s worth another look. Respect to the team for sticking with the project and improving it instead of taking the easy way out.
