just play warframe
Warning: Asset Flip! The Admin is a Digital Homicide style asset flip. The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a basic cyborg asset and some other assets, dumped them on a third person brawler Unreal Blueprint to make a bare minimum viable product game. It has no value or merit as a real game. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The developers didn't design the game for modern gaming PCs, as such the display resolution caps out at 1080p, a very low resolution that became mainstream back in 2006 and became obsolete when 4K entered the mainstream in 2014. The game simply won't look right on modern gaming displays due to this failure on the part of the developers. The controls and game handling are notably very clunky and unsmooth here. It's janky and unsatisfying to play... and any experienced gamer will tell you, the handling, responsiveness and general gameplay feel of the control scheme must be well polished for this kind of game to succeed. Unfortunately, this is something the developer seems to have phoned in, with little to no apparent gameplay testing. They dropped the ball on this one. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this only happened once, around the same time that trading cards were applied to the game... so this is just card idlers getting their cards and moving on. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with no merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for an asset flip! This comes across as an arrogant delusion of grandeur or an attempt to add a false veneer of legitimacy to what is otherwise shovelware garbage. There's no justification for this shovelware to carry an uneforceable EULA. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 100,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! The Admin is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk.
Generic 3rd person shooter/slasher. - no story - no options besides resolution (HD or full HD) and details - low / medium / high - no invert mouse You start in a very large underground area, pretty dark where you can shoot or slash some maggots. That's it. There is nothing more to it. That's everything. There's no hit/reaction animations, just an enemy health bar, After a few minutes you will exit and uninstall the game.
I'd really like to like this game though it's hard. I mean, we have a cyborg with a katana sword and a cyber gun. Cool? Yeah. Pretty much. Then we have some power ups like summoning drones. Cool enough. Then we hit the first level and it get's hard. I can't see anything, it's soo dark. I cannot even adjust brightness in the menu, as there is no such option (I skipped adjusting brightness on my monitor, pointless). So, if I cannot see ♥♥♥♥ then what else is there that I can see? First level: - destroy 15 larvae nests. 15. Fifteen. Holy guacamole. It's a lot. Add to this that you (or I at least) cannot see anything in this dark game and it gets pretty tedious - combat - you have a basic 3 hit combo or 1 hit + 1 heavy attack move. Both are crap, as your superhuman cyborg that can summon drones cannot properly slash some maggots that are probably eating mud. Oh goes, reminds me of any bad roleplaying game worth of memes - skills that are mysterious - I mean, besides summoning drones I cannot fathom what the rest of those 3 skills do - are they some form of super attacks or what? No clue - I really tried to finish the first level, I think I did once, though once I've hit the second level I quit, no point in doing the same monotonous stuff over again - combat is eeerm... slow. You slash your cyber katana at maggots and you need to hit them with 3-4 hits to take them down. Sometimes you hit, sometimes you miss, no idea how the hitbox work. Maggots eat up your shields pretty fast (I mean, are they spiritual in nature, casting some damage dealing spells?), and then after those are gone you're good for 2-3 more hits and puff, restart level - shields regenerate really slowly. Health pickups replenish like 15% of your health. That's cheap - your pistol is kinda useless - music seems to be an infinite loop of a few samples, ugh Yeah, in case devs would patch this one up I'd gladly give it a second shot. As of now it's nigh unplayable.
