I feel very conflicted after playing this game. I did not enjoy the demo, when it was released. I did not feel like there was any heart given to the licence and the gameplay felt boring, if I am honest. After playing this all the way through, I can't say that I hate the game. There is a certain trashy charm to what the devs have done and while there are a lot of issues with how the game plays, there are elements that make this worth the time. There is some humour as you progress and the developers clearly have some passion for the franchise and horror movies in general. This is, however, a bit of a slog to play. The gameplay feels very slow. The moves are extremely limited and the boss fights can feel somewhat samey. The whole time I was playing the game I was reminded how different the first Terrifier movie was compared to the sequels. Meaning... Perhaps if the developers decide to bring out any future beatemups the quality will improve. As have the Terrifier movies, in my opinion. If you are a fan of the movies, then feel free to consider buying this. I am a fan of the movies and while I was extremely hesitant to buy this I was not terribly disappointed. Just conflicted. It's worth a play through.

Dee Steuerung ist komisch es fühlt sich langsamer an als es ist, so auch die Kämpfe, sie fühlen sich so langsam an, was es langweilig macht. Dann die Gegner noch die erstmal die ganze Zeit Blocken, bei den man kein Schaden machen kann bis sie aufhören, durch das Langsame fühlt sich das ewig an.... Und das game ist vom ENDE 2025 und bieten nicht mehr als 1080P????? wie kann das denn sein, das game ist doch nicht von Nintendo.

Only leaving a positive review because I personally had fun playing it, but I would not personally buy it at $20. I feel like this was more of a $5-10 purchase in it's current state. Since the game didn't blow up I'm assuming they won't update it, but if they did update it and fixed the hit accuracy, pick up accuracy, game-breaking bugs that require you to go back to main menu and continue like having mobs knock you down on top of an object, so you forever float. I don't think I'll be playing again unless an update like that happened, but it was a fun 2 hour play either way.
