Growing up with the Turtles cartoon in the '90s and spending countless hours at the arcade playing the classic TMNT beat-'em-up, this felt like the perfect trip back in time. Shredder's Revenge captures the spirit of those games flawlessly while adding enough modern polish to make it feel fresh. The pixel art is absolutely stunning, packed with detail and personality. Every level is bursting with visual storytelling, clever background gags, and tongue-in-cheek references that longtime fans will love spotting. The four-player co-op is pure chaos in the best possible way. It's frantic, hilarious, and endlessly entertaining as you and your friends smash your way through wave after wave of Foot Clan goons. Combat feels fluid and intuitive, making every combo, throw, and special move incredibly satisfying to pull off. As an old-school beat-'em-up fan, this is exactly the kind of game I want to see more of. It's a reminder that games don't need endless battle passes, daily challenges, or live-service hooks to be fun. Shredder's Revenge is a love letter to the arcade era, and it absolutely nails it.

Its a fun beat em up game but if your going to get it, get it on sale. I played with 3 other people. It took us 3 hours to beat the game start to finish in one sitting. We all paid the new price of $24.99 for it. I see the hardwork the devs put into the game but at $25 for 3 hours of fun thats more then the cost of going to the movies and most places are still at a $7.25 minimum wage.
